She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. He transferred everything over to our new phones swiftly and easily, and made the entire experience simple. He alerted us that we had an insanely good trade-in value, so we convinced ourselves to splurge a little with new cases. He also told us to give Verizon billing a call to see if they could waive the new phone fees since we've been loyal customers for so long - another great tip!
