“My fussy little dog has kidney disease so I went in search of treats for his new condition. They bake their own there, that have no concerning ingredients, and offer a sample to try. He loved them, went home with 2 bags.”

“I have a Jack Russell Chihuahua mix and haven't brought him for a professional bath since our last groomer unfortunately went out of business. He's a rescue and can be fickle around new people. The lovely folks at Linda's told me he did great (I really hope so!) But I will say while he was happy to see me, he did seem very relaxed. The price was very reasonable for a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, etc and even a bandana! $$ is tight these days but we will be back soon!”

“This place is the best! They set the standard in customer service and are so lovely to the dogs. I trust them as much as my family or more with our dog. Auggie loves coming here and they’ve helped my 11 year old dog with pretty sensitive skin to improve so much over the years. I come here every 3-4 weeks cuz our lab retriever loves it so much.Same staff, same owners. This is one of the most well run small businesses I’ve ever worked with and would recommend to all.”
“What a great place! My neighbors bring their dog and get dog food and dog treats there. She told me to go. I took my dog and went there. Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Even the customers were nice. My dog loved the place. We got a lot of treats for him. They have warm socks, gloves, gardening things, food and things for birds, cats, farm animals, and people, everything. I was really impressed with the kindness and great atmosphere that I felt there plus the great selection of dog things. I will definitely go back again and I will tell my friends that they really must go. An A plus place!”

“I’m incredibly grateful to have found RiverDog. From the very first phone call with the Peabody staff, it was obvious this place operates on a level of care, professionalism, and genuine love for dogs that goes far beyond anything I’ve experienced before.
My German Shepherd, Wesley, is four years old and has enough energy to power a small village. He started daycare at four months old because there was simply no way I could wear him out on my own. His previous daycare even trained him to run on a treadmill — that’s how intense he is. But despite all of that, they never managed to truly exhaust him, and the experience there became increasingly unpleasant for both of us.
RiverDog changed everything.
Not only is Wesley excited to go, he comes home happy, calm, and so tired that he melts into the couch and sleeps through the night. His obedience has improved, too — every command, every bit of training just clicks better because he’s mentally and physically fulfilled. And the fact that they don’t crate the dogs is a huge bonus. You can feel the difference in how confident, social, and at ease he is.
He adores his friends here — both the four-legged and the two-legged ones — and I never once worried when he stayed for an entire week while I was in Florida. That kind of trust is priceless.

We came back this past weekend to purchase a bulk order of treats to give as party favors and boy do we miss it. The variety of hand made treats and options on how to buy (a buffet of treats to build your own bag, 12oz bags of training treats, 5lb bulk bags, etc...) makes Polkadog one of a kind. “What I love most about Unleashed North Beverly is the staff! No matter when I'm there, every employee greets me and seems to be in a good mood. Employees are always helpful and are patient when I have to load my points at the register and have checked and double checked for me to see if something is on sale or a coupon is still valid. “Worldly Pets is an adorable pet store! I was strolling nearby when I was enticed by their colorful displays of toys through the window. I'm always down to purchase a new toy for my beloved senior rescue (even if she doesn't play with them) because I just want her to have everything she's never had.The staff is beautifully organized by animal and the staff were hard at work offering pet food suggestions to dog owners with complex health issues. As I listened to their suggestions, I was impressed with their level of knowledge and care for all their customers. They seem to offer a wide variety of foods, toys, grooming supplies, and collars/leashes. I also saw on their social media pages that they have a mobile grooming salon! I believe I read they have an upcoming nail clip for cats and dogs and are donating the $15 to local animal rescues for pets in need. I thought that was so classy, philanthropic and kind. Any business that gives back gets 5-stars in my book.”

“After my Dalmatian had surgery on his foot, he has been terrified of getting his nails cut. I have not found another groomer that has been able to work with him and get it done in a safe and flexible manner. They were patient and kind, even why he was doing backflips on the table. Through the glass I could see multiple kisses on his snout and there were plenty of treats supplied after. The women who assisted him assured me that although he was difficult, they would like to set a plan to see him moving forward and hopefully quell some of his fears.”

“Jocelyn is/was an absolute life saver! Our golden got sprayed point blank by a skunk and 24 hours later, you could barely tell that he had a close encounter. This was a last minute reservation and she stayed late to ensure he was completely dry. Our dog isnt the easiest to groom either, but she handled him with ease. Do not hesitate to send your dog!”

“I absolutely love Unleashed Daycare! They’re open seven days a week, and my dog has been going there for two years. The staff is wonderful—friendly, caring, and always accommodating. My dog literally flies out of the car the moment we arrive because he’s so excited to be there! He comes home happy and completely exhausted every time. The facility itself is fantastic, with plenty of outdoor space for him to run and play. I highly recommend Unleashed Daycare to anyone looking for a safe and fun place for their pup!”
“Bought a new fish tank-found it easily. The one worker at that time was able to greet us and answer a question right away. Then she had some checkouts to do. It was the end of the day but I think she did well. Maybe being alone and within 1/2 hour of closing I would be unable to smile but she did, I think when there are 2 workers they pump each other up so that is why I am saying so much. She did go to work on shelving or something as we left. I just thought lucky for Petco it wasn't me working alone, I would have sat down after checking out 3 orders. I went outside. My cart rolled away while I had the glass tank in my hands. And the cart went far down the hill, she came out and got it. You picked a good worker for closing that night. See ya!!”

“Very convenient and cheaper then a full on vet visit, but they go through it so quickly that the animals are terrified and don't get everything you pay for sometimes. For instance the oral vaccine and treatment if they miss the animals mouth, oh well they don't fix it just move on. I noticed they marked most of the exam as unable to do as well. If they took their time, introducing themselves to the animals to get them to except them maybe it wouldn't be so scary. Also when they take blood they don't always bandage it so blood gets everywhere without noticing at first, as well as little poops or pee pee that is let out from fear. Depending on the people doing the service the experience can be good or bad for the animals. But in the end I appreciate the convenience of being able to just pay for the vaccination or whatnot instead of waiting for a whole appointment at the Veterinary hospital office.”

Once you become aware of how horrendous high-processed dry dog food is for our furry family and how the industry has brainwashed our Vets - you desperately seek out the best food you can.
