“Jennifer was absolutely amazing. When I walked in, there were 4 people in line ahead of me. She kindly and professionally answered all my questions about the new phone as well as looked up options for delivery before a time crunch. Once I decided on a phone, she helped me set it up. Three hours later, I walked away with a new phone and feel good about the entire experience. She could have been frustrated with it taking so long and me keeping her after close, but instead she continued kindness throughout the entire interaction. All this while helping several customers while I waited on my phone to transfer.”

The owner Kevin was able to give me a few things to try over the phone before bringing it in- ended up finding a stud earring messing with a sensor inside of my machine with his direction. I spent nearly four hours at the store upgrading my phone, and throughout the entire process Sean was patient, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He made me feel completely comfortable and never rushed me. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was set up correctly before I left.

“They still have my favorite French vanilla hot coffee /Cocoa or whatever that powder stuff is. The 7/11 in Nashua changed their machine out for some weird other machine, and the French vanilla is garbage. This one in Townsend/ Pepperell still has the tried and true French vanilla powder coffee dispenser , I don't even know what it's called, but if you know , you know. It's so sweet and creamy and hot. I want to go get a cup right now. Please never change it! For the love of God! LOL Don't sell out and try to be fancy...just leave well enough alone! It's the only 7/11 around me that I know of, and I need my french vanilla fix! Rant over lol”
“Went to target with my granddaughter. We love the skincare and beauty products! She loves the clothes!! I brought her there to see what she would like for Christmas! She's fifteen hard to buy for! Plus I have 8 more grandchildren all but one are teens!”

“The gal that was working 9/2 sat afternoon, went above and beyond to help me. My phone dropped in the ocean , my pin number and question got hacked .With her dedication ,knowledge and persistence she activated my old phone . I understand your privacy policies but agents should be able to override pins and questions. She is a superstar ! She ran your whole store by herself with ease . I wish I remembered her name please give her acknowledgement or a promotion and money ?”

“Good Afternoon 🌞 I wanted to send a shout out to Roxy at Arron’s in Fitchburg, Ma. I have been a long time customer of Derek’s (great manager) I went into the store on Saturday to see if I could find a living room set😊 I was able to meet Roxy for the first time and she is simply AMAZING!! She was patient with my 12 year old son who is autistic, that’s the best feeling when a person understands!! We not only left with a living room set to be delivered soon but also purchased a VR headset, and an amazing laptop to start college on !! Woohoo Derek you got a good employee LETS KEEP HER ❤ come on get going to Aaron’s in Fitchburg and let Roxy take great care of you ❤ My new living room set delivered yesterday !! Delivery was smooth no problems at all !!!”
“Store was clean and had exactly what I was looking for in stock and ready. Went early morning and as expected the crew was a little light, but knowing how businesses like this operate it wasn't a problem. The staff was still friendly and attentive while doing their work. The Ulta section looks to be going through a remodel or maybe a directional shift based on the instock. One register, but it was plenty for the few of us shopping at 6.”
