“My visit yesterday was absolutely awesome. However whoever had helped my boyfriend months ago with the purchase of his Apple watch did. It do their job. He had asked for the warranty so if it was lost or stolen he would covered. The rep. months ago told him it was all set. Welp it wasn't because he had lost it and they said that person never put it on the watch. we went in together to upgrade myself, plus get his watch back when we discovered this mistake. “I recently went to the AT&T store in Leominster Ma. Close to the Mall. I waited maybe 10 minutes tops. The manager Jose waited on me. I wanted an upgrade for my wife's phone. It turns out the direction I wanted to go in for her wasn't the best. Jose Never made me feel rushed. He took his time and I got a great deal.”
