Amazing people and facility. No pressure and all caring. I felt welcomed, I rushed and that my pet Truman was in good hands. The office and viewing rooms are clean and neat. The young lady working the front today was wonderful, helpful and understanding of my grief. You bring your pet into a private room where you can spend some final moments. It helped me say goodbye. I highly recommend them for compassion and professionalism.I’ll never go anywhere else!!!

I called Dr Walsh on a Sunday evening during a snow storm . The hospital was closed but , he answered the phone and agreed to meet me at the hospital .My poodle was experiencing urinary tract infection symptoms .(bloody urine )He was able to treat my dog and give me the appropriate medications needed . My dog was looking and feeling better the next morning.I really appreciated his kindness and arriving quickly to help . I would have waited hours any other place . Thank you ?

Best Friends Pet Hotel

I have brought my golden retriever to Best Friends Tyngsboro for 6 yrs. Woukd not consider using a different provider. The staff have been mire than accommodating when i needed help due to a medical oriblem. They treat my dog as though she was their own. Cant say enough goid things about the grooming services. I love these guys?
