“I recently had a package that was sent to me get inadvertently misdelivered to the wrong address. I called the local office in Groton and spoke with one of the team members there who was very helpful, offering to check the details on where the package was dropped and call me back. I got a call back a couple hours later and they had found where it got dropped off - the package was at my house another hour later. Great service!”

“My experience here was amazing! Judy and Leo helped me out even though I came in near closing and was inexperienced in shipping packages. I was unable to get the right box at the time and they found an even better box that fit my package perfectly and gave me a great rate. David kept me in the loop about what was going on, even reached out after I received the package. Not often we acknowledge when someone actually goes above with customer service.
