“I went in for a bow tie and pocket square for my son to wear to his GFs prom. It had to match her dress. John,(the worker w the Boston tattoos on his arms ) was very nice,super helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. We left still unsure if it was a perfect match to her dress. Well last night was prom and they looked amazing.The bow tie/pocket square were the perfect amount of color to pull them together. Super happy with Gibley Danvers MA. I would 100% recommend any one prom or wedding shopping to go see John. Last year for my son’s prom we went to “Men’s Warehouse, Medford MA. It was a sh!t show. With all employees there. (We went 4 times fixing all the mistakes that the employees kept making with my son’s suit).”
“Just by simply walking by, the window decor will catch your eye. But, as soon as you step inside, you are greeted warmly, and there is beauty all around you. My personal favorites are the candles, the notecards, and of course the selection of children’s bows. It is the perfect spot for hostess gifts, Christmas gifts, and everything in between. I have yet to see a small business owner support and help her community thrive, as much as Amanda does. She is one in a million!”

“I started shopping here in '88. Those were my Vintage days. Then grunge and finally goth. They had EVERYTHING.I was so young / 19 - 20. I usually went to Oona's during my vintage days. It was costly as a teen though. Garment District was one of the only places I would shop 'cause they always had the correct clothing for my alternative -- grunge--goth days as well as appropriate items for work. That was so many decades ago. I miss it. It's huge & they had anything I wanted. iNo need to go to NYC!”

Karen, the owner, will leave you in peace to shop but she will also kindly answer any questions or chat if you want! She works with designers all over the world and has some super cool and interesting clothing in her shop. I think the prices are very reasonable, there is something for everyone even if you’re on a budget. I love how curated the store is for different seasons with colors and cuts to match the time of year. Hands down one of my favorite shops in the area to visit!”
