βLadies, don't let it harsh your mellow when using the dressing room which feels like a disorganized pile of laundry. I was finally pleased to find some deals in swimwear. Although I purchased the shoes I chose, I felt disappointed that the price was higher than what I understood from the posted sticker. My shopping experience could've been improved if the cashier understood English, or I guess if I learned Spanish to go there. Sephora is organized nicely in here. The bus stop at the door is very convenient.β

βI come to this Marshalls all the time and its pretty nice. The selection varies, sometimes its good and sometimes not so much. Workers are friendly and approachable. The only thing I would complain about is the line to the registers. I completely understand that it can get busy sometimes, but having only two people on registers when the line is crazy long is just not ideal. Overall, I would still recommend this Marshalls.β

βHome Goods is part of the TKX Corp. Their stores are full of lovely things that people might use in entertaining, living or caring for pets. They have lamps, rugs, pet toys, kitchen gadgets, cookware, plastic and wood cutting boards, drapes, etc. However, the line to check out at the Home Goods in Woburn Village is often so long, I leave before I make a purchase.β

βIf I'm being honest (and I am honest), I went into TJMaxx because I have been using my bike as transportation, and the sky opened up. I wasn't going in to purchase anything. I was there to browse and kill time. The store was unexpectedly organized. It didn't have that "Building 19"/rummage-thru-the-racks" heavy labor feel that I always associate with it. (Fine, go ahead and judge me for not shopping there often! ??ββοΈ). I'll be back to buy shoes soon. I'll be back to purchase other things also. For my "time kill" visit, I happily purchased a couple of microfiber sponges that I never knew I needed.β

βNice, clean location. I didn't purchase anything, just stopped in to pass time while waiting for the bus back home. Only visited the shoe section. Good variety of shoes, but limited on larger sizes for women.β
βFantastic service from Eileen, she helped me find the most beautiful pair of heels for a last-minute wedding. She even looked at the dress I was going to wear and gave suggestions on what shoes might match. Will definitely be coming back in the future!β

βMarshall's is great! The one in Fenway closed last year which is sad, but glad to see this Watertown location still going strong! Parking is easy in the free garage at Arsenal yards right across from Marshalls. They have EV charger stations in the garage too. Huge store where you can find everything from clothes to housewares to bath and beauty products to gift items to snacks! All at an everyday affordable price! Great value for sure!! Right now a lot of the holiday glittery shiny clothes are on clearance sale, so I made use of those discounts and got some fun tops and dresses! I loved their dressing room decor with the "Possibly" and "Definitely" hooks and a "Tomorrow" hook as well! And they also had a whole wire rack hanger as well - so kudos for the ample hanging space in the dressing room! Much appreciated especially when you bring in ten things to try on lol! The lady at the dressing room entrance was very friendly and so was the cashier and also another person who was wheeling a cart of clothes past me while I was browsing the racks. Restroom could use some attention and cleaning. Overall, great store with great deals!β

βFor your support on how to select the best cosmetics for your skin, Kohlβs Burlington has an associate called Seema with first class service. She is very friendly, loves what she does and is respectful. She made my shopping experience memorable.β
βService: Really good and fast for Amazon returns, the staff here are also pretty friendly (i.e. I needed gloves, make-up bags, and they knew exactly where to point me to). Value: There are A LOT of sales at this place, some are very generous too (especially during Black Friday, but even throughout the year), and the products are definitely worth their value (their gloves are SO warm, and got them like 40%!). The main detractor is I wish their bathrooms were much just cleaner lol...β

βThey got the most professional and kind-hearted employees I have ever seen.
I am not going to get into detail but what happened to me is a classic "taking an item out of someone's shopping cart". It's not illegal but super lame. Tansi saw it and helped me out big time. She physically checked the back room and grabbed me the home good I needed. The way she approaches a customer should be used as a model for "how to treat your customers."β
βThe Marshalls on Orleans is large with lots of merchandise. However the prices seemed a little higher than others. Perhaps due to being middle of vacation season. Everyone was helping and polite!β

βAlways very helpful and go above and beyond for everyday people. A great little place to stop for all types of items. From dog & cat food to paper towels, cold drinks, candy, adorable reusable lighters, candles, bottled water, Coffee, etc...Honestly, they offer a bit of everything.β
