“I am a driver delivering materials to them. I went through a very crazy event one day that could have turned out tragic. Literally without hesitation numerous personnel from landscape express stopped what they were doing and jumped in to help me. Everyone from employees to management saw that I needed help and they didn't think twice about their own safety and Helped me. I personally may not have purchased anything here, simply because I'm not looking to spruce anything up at the moment but when I decide I definitely will but simply based on the attitudes and selfless character of all who I encountered yesterday their is no question in my mind that they are worth your time and business. Some other places told me their wood was wet (kudos for honesty). I took 1 star off since it was a bit more $”

“A few years ago, I came to this Home Depot to find plumbing materials for my new bathroom vanity replacement. At that time, I met Kenny who worked in the Plumbing section; he went above and beyond with showing me what to buy, analyzing photos of my current setup on the spot, and instructing me on how to install. This past December 2023, I attempted to replace another bathroom vanity at my home and to much surprise and appreciation, I met Kenny once more at this Home Depot. Again, he provided the same level of excellent customer service. Kenny is truly a wonderful person and a great asset to the Home Depot of Saugus. I appreciate you a lot, Kenny! “Amazing customer service! I purchased a tree Wednesday evening. This was my first time doing the Xmas tree by myself, as my husband has just had knee replacement surgery. Not only did Mike carry the tree and load it into my car himself- when I called a couple of days later because the tree was not taking water, Mike sent two guys over to my home with a new tree, and they exchanged the new tree with the old tree and set it up for me. And they brought me a gift of a gallon of chocolate chip ice cream! By far the best customer service experience we have ever had. We are customers for life!”

“I am happy to be able to finally find parking at this location.In the past there were so many people coming in parking and then going to lunch or dinner or sometimes even parking to take the orange line into Boston. It was horrible. So Home Depot corrected the problem and posted that you will be towed. Again great job Home Depot and management at Somerville location.We, Pro contractors, are glad we can park more easily and load our trucks without over crowding in the lot like it was prior. If you complain about someone towing your car because you parked in a place that states "customer parking only" when you were not a customer, that is on you!!!. If you feel so entitled that you should be able to park anywhere you like regardless of the rules, then you are part of the problem.Do the rules not apply to you?If you park in Boston in a spot that says "No Parking" and you get towed are you mad at the city for enforcing the rules?Don't get mad at Home Depot for wanting to have ample parking for paying customers and towing the people that think its a free parking lot.KUDOS TO HOME DEPOT FOR ENFORCING POSTED SIGNAGETHANK YOU!!!! “Sam in appliances is the absolute answer to any question you may have when buying appliances. Not only is he knowledgeable but he will take the time to walk you thru every step of the process. I had some particular dimensions I needed to meet in my kitchen renovation, and made some mistakes when I was first ordering my fridge. Sam called appliance companies on my behalf to ensure that I would be given a full refund. He even scheduled my pickup and delivery for me.First class service is hard to find in the world of big box stores these days. Sam deserves all the credit for the completion of my project.
