But about a year ago when I needed some screws that would go into concrete, I was in the Falls and stopped into Menards "to save time". The customer service representative was eager please but had zero knowledge about what I was asking or where to find that type of screw. We wasted at least 20 minutes.So I left straight from there and came to Ace hardware in Firestone Park, and they knew exactly what I needed and suggested a drill bit that ended up being perfect for my needs.They have always been highly knowledgeable, helpful, and the prices are great.Don't waste your time anywhere else ?”

“I look forward to making regular trips Fells Ace Hardware. Every time I step in the door, I am treated with friendly, helpul service. Staff is super knowledgeable and, as a contractor, they carry a lot of supplies that'll help you in a pinch. They carry Benjamin Moore line of paints, they also stock Milwaukee power tools. Plumbers and electricians will find the basic parts and repair products in stock. From ping pong balls to duct tape to lawn fertilizer, this compact location has a lot of inventory.
If you need home related stuff, save on gas and make the trip to Fells. It's always a helpful resource.”
