The customer service is great- I wish I got the guys name bc he could multitask AND stay friendly - all while working quickly! I don't live in the area but If I did- this would be my go-to location. They have plenty of parking and even have 3- 15 min parking spots right in front. Convenient if my hands are full!”

“I went in a week ago and it was beyond busy. I overheard salty language, noticed a mountain of boxes waiting for UPS to pick up, a growing line and not enough help. There was one woman standing behind the register, not doing anything. Perhaps she was a trainee? The one woman that was working was doing a fantastic job, quickly juggling multiple transactions, working the computer, the phone, etc. - which was extra amazing considering she had one arm in a sling.
Thought somebody should know.”

“I recently purchased DSI's print sample promotion for both inkjet and digital silver prints. For the small price I paid I fully expected to receive back quick-and-dirty test prints but what I got was much more. All of the prints are well executed and illustrate the two different processes and my selected papers flawlessly. The prints could, if I chose, be framed and hung today without apology.
I've been a large format photographer working in black and white for longer than I care to admit, and have spent hundreds of hours in many darkrooms. I'm not easily impressed, but DSI impressed me with their service, communication, craftsmanship and prints.

“QRST's printed beautiful, purple, zip-up hoodies that we gave out as favors for my daughter's bat mitzvah. We wanted a hand-drawn image on the back and a logo on the front that we had designed ourselves. The quality of the hoodies, the quality of the colors on the images, and the attention that was clearly given to all the details all were beyond and above our expectations. The order was done two weeks before agreed on date, and when I came to pick them up, somebody brought them down to my car and helped load them in. Wonderful local company with kind and helpful people who are amazing at what they do.”

“Becky at this Woburn store was so helpful. I had a box of Verizon equipment to return following their instructions to just "bring to any UPS store". Becky helped me understand the additional information needed and I was able to easily find it on another piece of paper in the box (hint: the "MA" number). With that number she took care of it all. Why is this so special? Because three days earlier, I took same box to UPS in Arlington Heights. They made me leave. "what were they supposed to do?". Told me to call Verizon. They were supposed to be like Becky in Woburn.”

“Shaundell at this UPS Store saved me SO much hassle and time!
I had a few heavy packages to ship out. I came into the store before they closed. Shawndell patiently but very efficiently helped me to tape those packages, scanned them so I was out of the door much faster than expected. He could have declined because I didn’t bring my own tape and it was close to 6:30, but he helped me nevertheless. Saundell is very professional and an absolute asset for this local UPS store. “The woman Sonya at this Fed Ex store was so nice and went way beyond out of her way to help me, I'm not that good on using smart phones, which I needed to upload a scan thingy from my email and she had no problem on walking me thru the steps I had to take to get my items returned. I thought for sure my packages weren't going to be returned cause I had no idea how to do it but she had no problem helping, you don't get that kind of help like she did at anyplace anymore..nice and friendly place and people.”
“I had some baby shower invitations and favor tags literally last minute and went there on a Thursday around 4 pm. The owner was very attentive and gave me the invitations in a very high quality prints and everything cut. He was leaving for a vacation but he did everything possibly so I can have the invitations by Friday noon! Thank you!! If you need good service and quality this is the place.”

“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”
