“Updated review: Rocky’s has been my go-to hardware store for years — they've got a surprisingly good selection, competitive prices, and helpful staff members.I recently had a frustrating experience returning some unopened Christmas lights (the online Rocky's policy didn't seem to match what was enforced in the store).Rocky's eventually reached out and fixed the issue for me, which I appreciated. It was a bit aggravating, but these things can happen anywhere and if I had such a problem at one of the big hardware stores, it probably wouldn't have been met with as much concern and attention. Rocky's will continue to be my go-to!”
“my favorite hardware store in the area. unlike others, they typically have what they advertise and the staff knows their stuff. not easy to return things, though. you only get a store credit. that is not very useful if I have clients that I buy for.”

You CAN go inside the office and the friendly staff will assist you in whatever you may need. It is the same great stock as always!”

“I’ve been to this location countless times to pick up all kinds of things, and I’m always blown away by how much there is to look at, buy, and learn about. The staff knows their stuff and they’re always friendly—talking with them is part of the experience.
This store is one of my favorites. The only downside is that it’s about an hour from home, so I usually save my trips for special occasions. This time, I came in for some exotic lumber for a charcuterie board I’m making for a Yankee Swap Christmas gift.
I’ll definitely be back and will keep coming whenever I can.”
