“My car died and needed to be towed. Brought it to Bill who has done great work for me before. It looked like it needed a transmission, and he ordered a used one. I agreed to a repair of about $4000. However, when they worked on it to replace the transmission, they found a different problem (broken axle) that could be repaired for about $1400. This repair worked great. Bill is a great mechanic, and is incredibly honest. Most other shops would have done the $4000 repair since that is what I agreed to. Highly recommended.”

My car was a tough case. A 26ft Enterprise rental truck hit the rear passenger quarter panel of my car then sped off, witnesses say, leaving a very difficult deep dent to fix. Unfortunately, witnesses were unable to get a license plate number.
Hit-and-run is a felony, not to mention a seriously dickish move. Unheard of 20 years ago and today Increasingly common. Surprising since now there are cameras everywhere capturing everything. Again, unfortunately, none covering the area where my car was hit.
Anyway, Jimmy and his crew got it looking as good as new on time and exactly on the estimate. If you need body work on your car, don’t even think about going anywhere else.”
“Minh and Mike are transparent, honest, quick, and efficient. Had to get the A/C compressor replaced and they were flexible with scheduling. Ordered the parts within a couple of days and booked me in early morning to accommodate for work. Took a couple hours to fix and was already ready for pick up. Great experience, they chose the A / C compressor that was more expensive but Minh walked me through the thought process of buying a more expensive one that will last longer rather than have a cheap one where I’ll end up back at the shop again.
I would definitely come back and they will be my go to mechanics for the future!”

“Just had my whole brake system fixed by Clayton and Josh (a father-son duo) at Absolute Auto and I couldn’t be happier. While working on the brakes, Clayton noticed my tires needed rotating and balancing, so he just went ahead and did it—no extra hassle. He also checked my oil and topped it off. My brakes are silent now, the car stops great, and overall it drives and sounds way better. These guys do fantastic work, they’re honest, didn’t overcharge me, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend if you need a car mechanic.”

“I had already done a great deal of research on the type of car and the price when I discovered a great match at Waltham Auto Gallery. I met Chris when I arrived to look at the car. Despite knowing I was very interested in the Kia Sorento on their lot, he was very friend and laid-back throughout the process, never applying any of the cliche high-pressure tactics one expects to encounter when buying a car.
We were able to reach an agreement quickly but I still needed to make up my mind on several minor part of our deal. Chris was very patient and cooperative as I made my decisions regarding those details and we drew up the final paperwork. From there they were able to take care of all the RMV paperwork and have me in my car within several days.
