I am a very anxious person, and Nick put all my worries at ease. Very personable and understanding, and wasn't trying to push anything on me that I didn't understand. Nick made me feel welcome and treated me like a human being as opposed to another number to crunch. “I have used MANY banks in my years. Watertown Savings is by far the best bank in Metro West area. NEVER had a bad experience at any of the branches. For those of you who don't have an account with them but yet comment on their practices of customer service, review what your banks policies are, your banks have far more restrictions etc. Watertown Saving Bank is not one of the BIG banks but sure does have more to offer to their customers. :)”

“I have never had an issue with anyone from the bank, but at this location the emloyees are particularly helpful and friendly. I hate dealing with money and finances, but they always make the experience tolerable, if not enjoyable. The bank itself is a big bank, but I really have no problem with it. They offer free student checking which is helpful, free online banking which is great. Their 24/7 over the phone banking has gotten me out of a few tight spots over the past few months, and the operators are super nice and helpful.”
