“I live around the corner, and it's great to see a Gas Station that is open 24 hours, all the staff members are awesome!! While you wait to fill up, they clean your windows, and if they see kids in the vehicle they provide a lollipop! Also, I have been there for a flat tire, and the price they charge it's better than other Gas station.”
“The people at TK Auto do quality auto repairs at reasonable prices as well as State Inspections, and are excellent in customer service. Tony, Jr. explains proposed repairs thoroughly and is available to answer customers’ questions over the phone. They do not try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. They are honest mechanics. If something is still not right after a repair, they fix it.
They are also helpful. Tony, Jr. will go above and beyond the call of duty to help a customer.
I can usually have same-day service.
In dealing with customers, they are always friendly, polite and patient, and kind and caring. They are never condescending.

They often do not respond for a long time, or they always prompt to insert the card, but the card is locked in the card slot.”

“A gas station with a little variety store. Usually the cheapest in town. They also have a mechanic shop but I've never used them. Air Station is very expensive which is why I gave 4 stars. Most of the time good customer service here, it's the customers that can be a little rude!”

“I've been here twice for car repairs: August and December 2021. The second time, there were issues with my tie rod and a power steering line. They started the repair and I suddenly remembered that the power steering line was what they fixed in August. I had the ~$200 charge on my cc, but I had lost the receipt. I mentioned this but also knew I couldn't hold them responsible without that receipt. The mechanic (the owner's son) said he could tell the damaged steering line was new + saw the ~$200 charge on my credit card statement. That was enough for them to repair it again for free. I also asked him to take a quick look and let me know how long I had let with this Jeep (it's given me a ton of trouble). While on the lift, they saw damage to my frame. It was tucked away and hard to see but he took the time to really look. He sent me photos and warned me about forthcoming issues, encouraging me to pursue a trade-in ASAP. When I came to get the car, the owner told me the same and gave me some advice on how to make sure I got a good price for the car. Long story short, I have a new car on the way and got a great trade-in value for the car. Every time I've come, I have gotten a really good price (based on research). In the past, I've gone to shops by myself and felt patronized -- they don't help me understand the issues and don't answer my questions. It's as if they don't think I need to know what's going on and should just pay and shut up. That didn't happen here. They saw that I wanted to understand how X problem is fixed, etc. and they explain it to me. They also don't assume I know nothing about cars just because I am a girl. Ladies, go here.”

“This location has been recently renovated and is now a Seasons.It offers new pumps and also has Marylous Coffee inside, which is the first Marylous around this part of MA. Prices tend to be pretty in line with surrounding gas stations. People are always nice inside.”
“Probably the only truly 24-hour gas station in the Waltham-Arlington area. The others list themselves as “open 24 hours” but aren’t. And for some reason they’re allowed to do that. This one has a grocery store, coffee store / café, and restroom.”

“It's 8:30 pm. I get in my car to run a late errand. My car reads 1psi for one of my back tires. It should be at least 40. I drive to the only air machine I know of in watertown. Don't worry they are run flats at least. The shop there was closed. Only gas available. The one guy working, I'm pretty sure his name is Hakeem. He put himself in my shoes, he literally said that. He opened the shop, plugged my tire and smiled the entire time. What a guy. I hope his boss knows what a great employee he is. Thank you Hakeem”

“I give it 5 stars because the kid working the counter was good. I was exhausted and dehydrated. I usually pay with 60$ and then get the change in gas a couple drinks for me a good drink for the truck. I think I paid with 70$ and bought two drinks and was like can I get the change from 60$ of that in gas. Alot of people would have been like what are you trying to do.”
