The phone system is the worse. The pharmacy staff, when you maybe finally get through, are unhelpful and just want you off the phone.

PHARMACY DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I work at a medical office and need to call to check on rxs for pts, and it is IMPORTANT that they answer calls w/in reasonable time. I have been on hold >45 minutes and it holds my job up. It is completely ridiculous

Place has really done downhill since covid. Recently I refilled two prescriptions online. However, one said out of stock and other in progress for over a week. I tried calling to see what is going on but was on hold for 90 minutes before being disconnected. This type of thing has been having frequently. Time to part... read full comment
