“Years ago, when walking home from high school, that was the place to go. The after school moment to enjoy a drink, a snack, or a bag of chips to accompany the rest of the walk home. Years go by, extensions are added to the high school, traffic on Common Street is heavier the little convenient variety store is sold and bought and sold . Now time has favored the keepers of this small Handy Store. The fate of so many are changed, altered, honored and touched by the click of an imprint that takes but a second and will last a lifetime - May all that is good and wonderful be enjoyed.”

“Victoria Spa has a great selection of craft beers and cider. They also have all the usual domestic beers as well as a decent selection of average table wine (like Apothic). Their coolers and shelves are always well stocked. They don't sell hard liquor. The people who work there are very personable and helpful. They even ordered a certain cider for me (Stella Artois Cidre!)They carry Downeast cider, too. There are a bunch of tables where townspeople sit and play Keno, scratch lottery tickets and watch tv (game shows or what have you). It's a very convenient place to pick up some beer, cider or wine.”

“Josephine is one of the managers at CVS Watertown, I’ve been a loyal customer for many years needing multiple prescriptions that are confusing regarding 30 days vs. 90. Josephine know my name, recognizes when I come in. Always says hello which makes me feel acknowledged and appreciated. She is smart savvy quick intuitive with a real sense of humor where no “baloney” would get past her. She is a great representative of CVS Watertown and deserves to be compensated accordingly.

“The best sandwiches I have ever had. I used to go 35 years ago and I forgot all about this hidden gem. I started working in Watertown and looked it up and ordered and now I'm hooked. They pile on the meat and you get to pick your toppings. I have had 4 different sandwich and i'm OBSESSED with themI'm going to start getting my deli from them because their meat is soo fresh.BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!”
