“Although I have to come twice to pick up my package (the ups customer service number is extremely unhelpful and very rude), Chet has been wonderful of helping me locate my package. Staffs are really nice and helpful here. Just a note that the customer center is not opening in the weekends so don’t get fooled by Google’s hour.”

“I use this store frequently for my shipping needs. Both gentlemen I run into on a regular basis are helpful and courteous... I am shocked to read these one-star reviews about rude staff. I'll often run in with my packages pre-labeled, drop it off, and it's no problem. Never had a negative experience. Maybe some folks expect to be waited on hand and foot by min. wage employees.”

I went to send a mail in the afternoon on Friday March 11th, and the guy in the window was so polite, nice and efficient. I never felt so great and relaxed in a postal office before, and I think good work should be recognized.”
