“I haven’t been to a Staples Connect before, though I can guarantee I will start going more often. I came today to ship some items, but I saw a monitor that I have been interested in for a while now. The staff was great in helping me find information about this monitor, but who I found the most helpful was the cashier, Shirish. Shirish was super friendly, supportive and relatable. Not only was he super fun to talk with, but he was also able to answer all my questions and informed me of their coupons and app. In the end, Shirish was able to help me get a good deal on my monitor. I had a frustrating day at work, but Shirish honestly made my day a whole lot better.”

“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”

“I visit this location frequently, and I have always been able to find what I am looking for. Beyond the standard office supplies, computers and other small, useful office appliances, and some furniture, too, their printing department and shipping station shine bright.Customers are able to return items that are shipped through UPS without having to go to a separate location. The printing department has multiple color copy machines that can also scan and a full array of printing services from posters, banners, and other merchandising items. I was able to get laminating and hole punching done on a project within a couple of hours for same-day pick-up.All of the sales attendants are friendly, able to point you in the right direction, and make every trip a success. This store is an excellent resource, and I'm happy to have it close by.”
