“Ron at Feet Wise provides the best product and customer service. I have worked with Ron for: hundreds of T-shirts for Watertown soccer, long-sleeved school spirit shirts for the entire elementary school, embroidery on my son's team jacket, and most recently Watertown cinch backpacks. If you let Ron know what you want or need, he'll find you a top-notch design and great price (always way more affordable than you'd expect). He also always meets the deadlines he promises, and he even delivers large orders to your doorstep. The best way to reach him is by email. He's very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this business. It's a hidden gem of Watertown.”

“Just like me -- you've landed on this page looking for information regarding the NormaTec products. I'm here to share what I know, and what I've learned and to give you some advice. First and foremost, you won't find anything related to NormaTec online because they were acquired by a performance technology company called, Hyperice in 2020. As you continue your research, use "Hyperice" as your new keyword. The link on this Yelp page does not work. Try this one: hyperice.com When you go to the Hyperice website, it's nothing more than a shopping site. My FIVE STAR rating is for the Normatec Pulse Pro 2.0 product. I purchased the lower body system (hips & legs) and it has alleviated my restless leg syndrome (RLS), reduced water retention, and given me many soothing lymphatic massages after workouts (or just because). I highly recommend buying it. I also advise you to visit a place (anywhere) that promotes the Normatec boots and try them to see if you like them. If you know you will use them at least once a week, I say buy your own pair. I personally preferred having them at home, using them at my convenience, as much as I want, rather than going to a physical therapy type place where many people have used them (not knowing if they are cleaned regularly). Do the math, it's cheaper to buy them. I'm most disappointed that Hyperice does not offer advice on how to use the equipment. Yes, you can dabble through the user manual and figure out the basics. But when you know that this type of compression has the capability to help you recover from major surgery, injuries, etc. -- you need information and assistance that goes beyond "basics". In fact, I just had major surgery and now I'm interested in learning about those special settings that can help me recover and progress. I'm frustrated that I own a tool that's used for physical therapy but no one at Hyperice will help me. I tried to contact their customer service, both by phone and email. I got a standardized automatic email that said for me to contact a medical professional for advice. I also tried a few "customer service" phone numbers that are currently published: (866) 658-5896; (855)734-7224; (949)564-4884. They all had the same recording that said; go to the website. For this reason, I give them a ONE STAR RATING for customer service. My solution to this problem was to call several wellness treatment centers. physical therapy and sports medicine offices in my area and ask for their advice. I was able to find one place that offered me an appointment at $35.00 a half hour, to come in and they will talk to me about how to set up my Normatec and use it as a recovery system. They confirmed my worst fear, and that was -- this product can be more harmful than good if you don't use it correctly. If you are shopping, or currently have a Normatec, I hope my review helps you make many decisions. Good Luck.”
