“This store has a decent inventory. They are trying to work out some kinks in pricing and programs. After using their demo program which afforded me the ability to try different types of skis this season, I was frustrated at what felt like negotiating final cost of price of purchasing a final setup I chose. However, the manager was super nice and explained what’s going on. His bedside manner and another employees (Skye) left me feeling alright about the overall experience-and the final deal felt comfortable for me. A nice spot on a bit of a learning curve.”

“This place is great! Perfect for all ages! There’s at least 15 Lanes, I don’t know exactly, I just left for the first time. I’d recommend it to anyone! Weather your age 5-15ish they have slow speed pitching machines, also baseball pitching machines that probably go at least 80-85mph. BOOK AHEAD OF TIME! You’ll be way better off booking early because it does fill up on weekends, today I went with my niece, and I booked 1 hour. It’s $50 for 1 hour. Go and have a blast!”
“I'd been told by several SUP places in Massachusetts and Maine that my SUP couldn't be repaired, I had to buy a new one. I finally asked AI who COULD repair it and was told Paddle Boston/Charles River Canoe & Kayak. Not only did they repair it perfectly but they couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. Marc helped me find a new fin on the internet that I had to order, and John helped me navigate my new electric pump which had a lot of bells and whistles to figure out. They both spent a lot of time with me, and I was all set to paddle again. I can't say enough good things about this business.”

I am very very new to figure skating, and, not gonna lie...it's kind of an intimidating sport for the uninitiated! I finally got fed up with rental skates, and made an appointment for a fitting with Ice House, and what a wonderful experience!
The tech was super thorough, and though it took three sizes (and a few adjustments) to get to my perfect pair, I never felt like I was wasting anybody's time. In the end, I got a pair of beautiful gently used skates that feel great, and better yet, I came out of the store feeling like I had been treated like a queen! Seriously... go here.”

“They sold us non-matching skis. We went back with the receipt 3 weeks later and they refused to take them back because they were a matching set. At the end of the season they again refused them because the skis didn’t match. We never used them.
Update: the manager and I had a discussion and they’ve agreed to give us store credit. I’m happy with the overall outcome.”

“This is a Boston sneaker store "hidden gem" but a 40+ year staple for locals. They have classic & modern sneakers alike, with an emphasis on the 3-stripe local favorite Adidas (including she'll toes, top 10, and modern offerings). There are also Nike, Champion, Fila, etc. Brands. Along with Men's, women's, and childrens sneakers and slides, there is an array of clothing for sale.”
“They have everything you would need or want at a golf store. Most prices are set by the manufacturer so there's not much difference from other places. I did notice the clothes were pretty expensive. But they did a great job regripping my clubs at a reasonable price.”

“Wow, we had been having a swimsuit crisis (this happens every year with my daughter, who is now 11 years old but has gone through puberty a bit earlier and is **VERY** sensitive about her body) where nothing works, and a woman on staff (maybe manager?) swept in and SAVED the day! She knew JUST what to say to sell my daughter on finally trying (another) swimsuit (we had to order it from home, full coverage high waisted swim bottoms, but it's on the way!). I am seriously so thankful to this staffer! She was like our swimsuit fairy godmother.”
