After using their demo program which afforded me the ability to try different types of skis this season, I was frustrated at what felt like negotiating final cost of price of purchasing a final setup I chose. However, the manager was super nice and explained what’s going on. His bedside manner and another employees (Skye) left me feeling alright about the overall experience-and the final deal felt comfortable for me. A nice spot on a bit of a learning curve.”

“TD Garden is one of the most iconic sports and concert venues in Boston, and it really delivers that big-city arena energy whether you’re there for a game or a show.
The venue itself is massive but pretty well organized, with clear signage and staff helping direct crowds efficiently. Entry can get a bit hectic right before major events, but once you’re inside, the flow moves smoothly and it’s easy to find your section or grab concessions.
The atmosphere is definitely the highlight. When it’s a Celtics or Bruins game, the crowd energy is intense in the best way. For concerts, the arena transforms well, and even upper-level seats still give a solid view of the stage thanks to the way the seating is angled. We had lodge seats for the TWICE concert, and it felt uncrowded and perfect with no obstructions.
Food and drinks are what you’d expect from a major arena: convenient but on the pricey side. There are plenty of options though, so you’re not stuck with just the basics. Lines can build up during intermissions or halftime, so timing definitely matters.
One thing TD Garden does well is accessibility. It’s directly connected to North Station, which makes getting in and out by train super easy compared to most large venues. That alone makes a big difference when the event ends and everyone is leaving at once.
Whether you’re catching a Celtics game, a Bruins matchup, or a big-name concert, it’s a venue you won't be disappointed with.”

Jackson spent at least 1.5 hours helping my daughter pick out the right combination of shoes and inserts for her feet. He was so knowledgeable and patient, such a great listener, and made feel super comfortable with the process. This experience was so positive that I came back the next day for myself, and Abbi was equally awesome! Thanks for some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in my 50+ years…”
“This place is great! Perfect for all ages! There’s at least 15 Lanes, I don’t know exactly, I just left for the first time. I’d recommend it to anyone! Weather your age 5-15ish they have slow speed pitching machines, also baseball pitching machines that probably go at least 80-85mph. BOOK AHEAD OF TIME! You’ll be way better off booking early because it does fill up on weekends, today I went with my niece, and I booked 1 hour. It’s $50 for 1 hour. Go and have a blast!”

I am very very new to figure skating, and, not gonna lie...it's kind of an intimidating sport for the uninitiated! I finally got fed up with rental skates, and made an appointment for a fitting with Ice House, and what a wonderful experience!
The tech was super thorough, and though it took three sizes (and a few adjustments) to get to my perfect pair, I never felt like I was wasting anybody's time. In the end, I got a pair of beautiful gently used skates that feel great, and better yet, I came out of the store feeling like I had been treated like a queen! Seriously... go here.”

“There were a lot of options! This isnt the place to shop for plus sized people. The gear is great but the clothes dont go past mid-size unless you're a man of course!”
“They sold us non-matching skis. We went back with the receipt 3 weeks later and they refused to take them back because they were a matching set. At the end of the season they again refused them because the skis didn’t match. We never used them.
Update: the manager and I had a discussion and they’ve agreed to give us store credit. I’m happy with the overall outcome.”

When I walked in Connor (sorry if I got his name wrong) immediately greeted me and showed me to their popular items. I went in just wanting a World Cup shirt but ended up walking out with a shirt for me and another one for my girlfriend after I got convinced. I wanted more but my bank account wouldn’t like that. Conner was super friendly and helpful, and made sure to show me different items in the store I wanted to buy, though I did wanna buy everything.
Outside of that, the store in general was easily the coolest stuff at the market. I grew up a big Boston sports fan, Bird specifically when I was a kid so to see all the cool memorabilia supporting that era truly made my day.
