“First time making a delivery at the Wayland Mass store and there was a mixup, before I even knew it, this Store had contacted me, I spoke to a woman Charlene. She was absolutely awesome made my day. She was professional, courteous, and caring, she got right to the root of the problem and fixed it, she had communicated with me on the phone a few times it gave me a real sense of professionalism and I could notice nothing but kindness, she really made my day, I just hope the management above her notices her worth ethics into a kindness because this should not go unnoticed. “Great smaller market, very customer oriented staff..especially Ashley at Service Desk. Shes terrific! Only negative is that prices are a bit higher here! I only go once in a while to buy a few things not a ton.”
