A bit of a different setup than others I've been to but I really like this store. Staff are super attentive and friendly and the majority of patrons aren't as awful (impatient, entitled and rude) as Brookline. Parking lot can be a lil hectic but no where near as hectic as Brookline. Rankings: Best Parking: Memorial Drive; Allston, West Newton, Needham Best Staff: honestly I've never had any negative feedback regarding Staff at any of the locations I've visited. That says a lot about the company and how they treat their employees. Haven't been to the new store in Newton on Needham St. Maybe this weekend.”

    “This place is constantly really great. My favorite place to grab lunch in Wellesley. The deli sandwiches are tasty, simple, and affordable. The turkey sandwich is my go to. On weekdays they usually have a hot box going with either ribs, sausage, or chicken, I can’t help but always get something from there to pair with the sandwich because as the sandwich is very cheap it’s not a big sloppy grinder. It’s more like a sandwich oh a hoagie that your mother would make (the best sandwich making mother) They are also known for their meats, a lot of the locals go for their steak tips. They use kinnealy meats, who supplies a lot of the fine dining joints in our area, ritz and many other steak houses. They also have many other local treats, cookies from a concord bakery my girlfriend loves, coconut honey yogurt that I also love. Nice selection of beer and wine and the local chocolate milk everyone loves. When you shop here your supporting locals and local families, they source local when they can and I think it has been run multigenerationaly too. Don’t pass this place by.”

I witnessed a very rude and unruly customer bully a few cashiers and a manager today after taking her full grocery cart through the cafe line, and they all handled it with such grace and patience. The manager did everything he could to rectify it with this customer but she did not respond to reason and continued to escalate the situation. Even in the face of somebody so rude and unreasonable, he maintained his cool, managed to get her out of line respectfully so those of us trying to order a coffee could do so, and protected his employees from the rage of this woman. I wish I had seen his name tag so I could shout him out specifically. A real pro!”

I was simply blown away by the evening. They transformed their restaurant into an elegant space. The food, which I anticipated would be very good, was absolutely delicious. Every item they served was fresh and memorable, worthy of being on the menu at any restaurant in Italy. Additionally, they helped with the flow of the evening in unexpected and unobtrusive ways that contributed to the overall success of the party.     Kroger is spending $112 million to build two new stores and renovate 15 existing locations across central and northwest Ohio. The company calls it a "record-breaking" commitment to the region. The two new Kroger Marketplace stores will rise in Canal Winchester and Delaware, Ohio, each costing roughly $30 million to build. Kroger broke ground on the Canal Winchester location on March 19 at the southeast corner of Diley Road and Greengate Boulevard. The 118,000-square-foot store is expected to open in late fall 2026 and will create around 250 jobs.

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
