“It is so refreshing when you go into a store, and you experience, exceptional customer service. From the moment you walk in, you feel like the people behind the counter are in a good mood, genuinely happy to have customers and just being down to earth and cool. The three guys who work at the store are just super cool! I was only in there for a few minutes, but I had such a fun experience chatting with them. It’s so refreshing because sometimes nowadays you walk into a store and the person behind the counter doesn’t even make eye contact with you, doesn’t say anything when you say hello and doesn’t smile and does not engage with you. I don’t understand that. But thankfully, there are stores like this! Rock on guys. I’ll always come back!”
“I had a wonderful experience with this location. I won an auction at the last minute and called this store to see if someone could facilitate a pickup so I could catch a last-minute flight without paying those high prices. Ross was exceptional and was very willing to help me out on this journey, as the auction was very close. He picked up the item for me, packaged it very well, and was professional throughout the entire interaction. I would recommend this site to anyone in the area as they go above and beyond in customer support and will take care of you. It’s very hard to find that nowadays, but if it ever came down to it again, I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you, Ross and the rest of the Acton, MA team!

“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

“this place is the best. my experience has all the makings for a ups store commercial. my family rented a house on nantucket for august and when we left the house we left four boxes on the front porch for ups to pick up after the labor day holiday. apparently the boxes weren't labeled properly so the ups driver wouldn't take the boxes - and there was no way for me to get new labels on the boxes as i was already off-island. oh - and there was a hurricane bearing down on nantucket - the wind and rain from which would have surely destroyed our boxes sitting outside. but the ups store in nantucket saved the day. the owner of the store (literally!) got in his car and drove over to our rental house to pick up our boxes and bring them back to his store to keep them safe until the UPS driver could pick them up on monday. this place is everything that you want your local UPS store to be - while never expecting them to actually be THIS GOOD.”

There were 2 other people working as well and they seemed to handle customers just as well. This is definitely one of the better post office’s I’ve been to.”
“I've been using this UPS store for over 10 years, generally for dropping off pre-labeled packages. At times this location can busy so there may be some wait time. Be patient. In the past few years I've noticed the staff are more helpful than in the past. The staff is knowledgeable about the requirements for shipping, so if your package does not conform to the rules you may have to update your label/packaging.
Recently I discovered that this store also does laser engraving and UV cured printing. Wow. The expertise for unusually shaped and complex jobs is top notch. The capabilities are more advanced than several other local UV printing businesses in the area.”
