“They have great food and drinks and whatever else you need for the family or a party! No alcoholic drinks here! It's usually very crowded most of the time! But if you go in later on in the evening it's not as bad! Otherwise parking is a hit or a miss ! Prices are very reasonable compared to the other grocery stores in the area!”

“This store is absolutely one of the cleanest grocery store! I mainly drop in for the freshly made soups and chili/especially the chili. The selections for ready made dinners are fantastic with a large variety to chose. I never do a complete shop there because it's out of my price range. But the chili and soups are Mmmm! and I never had a bad ready made meal. So Thank you cleaning staff and the entire work force...you folks are on the ball?”

“You can find almost everything there. Just don't buy their fruit!!! Bought a precut watermelon and when I brought it home to eat it, it was like biting into the sole of a shoe!! No lie. The rest of the fruit I bought was like eating a sponge. Other than that, the rest of the things I bought were ok. I will never buy any type of fruit from them.”
“Clean, friendly, and if you sign up for the loyality program, there are some EXCELLENT bargains each week. Prices otherwise are about the same or a little higher than the bigger stores nearby. Also have a few items you wont find elsewhere.”

“Best scan n go in app experience of any of the grocery chains, by far! Scan it's using the app as you shop, put them in the bag, automatically returns to the scanner so you don't have to click the scanner every time you want to scan another item. Scan the QR code at the exit and you're on your way. No need to wait for a self checkout to finish and pay. It's AWESOME!”
“Prices were lowest in the area. The attendant working when I went in was really funny. I bought lottery tickets from him and told him I'd be back if I won big. He was nice so I will be going back. He called me out for buying all the candy!”
“It’s a nice supermarket with ample parking. They have a lot of gluten free options, as well as a wide variety of organic foods. The produce is generally very fresh.”
“I've always liked the store. But they used to carry a lot more and have way better prices like they'll say we have boneless skinless chicken breast for under $2 a pound you'll go there everything's $4-5 a pound. And I'll say it's similar price for the hamburger and that's $4.99+ a pound. And that's for 80/20. And they look more like a Big Y that's old then they do a new store and then about a decade or so ago maybe two they used to carry things like gazebos and different things it was kind of like a small Walmart or Target now it's just food and most of it is way higher price than they say it is and they have a lot of things that aren't name brand but it's their best and it's more expensive than name brands like they'll have a name you've never heard of that's for roast beef and it's all $18-$17 a pound. Yeah boar's Head you can usually find on sale between $9.99 and $14.00 a pound. Set a new false advertisement and they have less than they used to and their prices are not chopped and your gas points go to the gas station on the outside of the store right next to it which all the pumps are always either not working and currently aren't and are actually imported up like they're not going to even be selling gas anymore so your gas points are useless.”
“I live near by, and been going to this store since i was 13yrs old, now im 27 and this store is still the best after 14yrs of going there.
Very nice, polite and respectful establishment, even the workers are awesome and very nice and friendly.

“The amount of trash and garbage on the grounds around the store behind the parking lot is deplorable. This is the Auburn Massachusetts store and it borders a forest. This is pollution and Bjs should take some responsibility in cleaning up this mess.”
“Best place to go shopping. I won't even set foot into a market anymore. Their deli meats are always fresh. They have the best selection of beef, pork and chicken. It's always fresh. Even their ground hamburger is super fresh. I couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else.”

“Had an appointment last week at 8am. Unfortunately, I arrived to learn that they double booked the appointment. Mistakes happen; i let the other individual go first. Other individual proceeded ballistic on the service advisor Larry and management because the service didn’t begin immediately at 8am. The positive portion of my review is geared towards Larry; he maintained his composure while being berated by a customer. He could have easily lost his cool back (I sure would have). Kudos to Larry for maintaining his professionalism when it would have been easier to not. Hopefully management sees this and acknowledge Larry for how he acted during a trying time.”

“I nearly always find what I'm looking for. Also, the Market 32 Price Chopper app works well to locate products and track reward points. I do have to go to Market Basket for certain items, like sprouts and pea shoots, but they do have most other health foods I seek. Great rotisserie chicken, hot soups, and other grab and go foods. They also have an in-house Starbucks if that tickles your pickle.”
