“Normally do not write reviews but George & Ken’s is the PLACE to go if you have damage to your Tesla/car. The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. Went there today with some paint damage on my new Model 3. They were able to complete a repair onsite and only had to wait 15/20 mins for the paint to dry. Will absolutely be going back for any future repairs. Huge thank you to the staff and highly recommend!”

“Tom was absolutely wonderful. We had to rebook a rental car last minute as our original rental cancelled our booking and went through Uber rentals, which then booked us a vehicle through Avis. We flew into Boston-Logan and were unaware of how far apart these two airports are, especially landing at 4pm and having to get from Boston-Logan to Norwood during rush hour. Tom made our trip happen. He was very understanding and accommodating. We needed a very large SUV to fit a mattress since we planned on sleeping in the vehicle for 3/7 nights of our first trip to the North East. He was so kind and understanding. We ended up getting to Avis 45min after they closed due to the heavy traffic we did not expect upon arrival and the distance we had to travel. He went above and beyond for us as he could have easily said we had to come back the next day or rented our vehicle to another customer. He even looked up how much it would cost for the same vehicle at Boston-Logan and saved us $2000 since it was that much more expensive there. We could not be more thankful for Tom and his excellent customer service to go above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Avis to anyone looking for a rental car in Norwood! Thank you so much!”
“Super friendly service. It was so quick and easy. We were a party of 7 and rented their Kia Carnival van. Lots of room for us all.
I also left my wallet in the van the night before our return flight back home. I called them early the next morning and left a message, as some as they opened Harrison the sales rep called and confirmed he had my wallet. Harrison also went above and had an employee run it over to the airport before we left. Great job and a wonderful team at Peter Fuller's

“Was just fine. Corolla I rented was cleaned and prepped as I waited, but I had reserved the night before at 10:00 PM.
Clearly some angry travelers had some bad experiences or made some bad decisions and blamed the staff. But, mine was fine. I was expecting the worst with a 3.4 rating but would rent from here again.
It’s a small staff 2 people only here though, so I think if you order a rental after hours or get long line when checking in or out it is literally because there are only 2 employees and they have no facilities.”
“Chris L., the weekend manager was friendly, efficient and had our reservation. Even though we ended up having to rent from a competitor due to Kia not being able to be hitched to their tow. He called other Budget dealers to find the proper equipment, while assisting other customers, nothing was found. Great guy!”

“Had a great experience at the Budget in Waltham, MA, on the morning of December 2, 2024. We rented a car in Montreal to drive back to Boston and ended up with a Jeep—not what we expected, and the gas mileage was rough.
When we dropped it off in Waltham, the woman working there (wish I got her name!) was awesome. She explained that since it was an international rental, we’d have to call the 800 number for most issues, but she still went out of her way to see if she could help. She managed to get us a discount to make up for the crazy gas costs, which we really appreciated.
She didn’t promise anything but totally delivered and was so kind and understanding the whole time. A small gesture like that made a big difference. Thanks for the great service!”

“I’ve been renting here for almost 5 years now and I have to say the new manager has turned this place around. He is fabulous! A large selection of cars, both gas and electric, 2024/2025 models, he even has a selection of large SUVs which is very hard to come by outside of the Logan airport location. He is very kind, helpful and efficient getting you in and out in a clean well maintained vehicle and the other staff I find very helpful as well. I’m very pleased with this location and will continue to rent here.”
