“Chose this agency because I had good experiences with Enterprise before and because it did have good reviews. Plus I needed to rent downtown (not airport) for various reasons. Five stars, as staff was very friendly and helpful. First problem was pickup time / parking. They directed me to a suitable parking lot nearby, so I could pick up the car during their business hours, park it a block over, and drive off the next morning before they opened.Upon returning the car, they even drove us to the nearby subway station, so we didn't have to drag our suitcases a quarter mile over the pavement.Else? Well - upon start the first morning, warning sign "coolant". Rather annoying when you plan to leave on your trip. After some research in the handbook, we located the coolant container and in fact, there was a bit of liquid missing - about a cup, which we replaced with water. Overall, we could have done without this kind of excitement. When we returned the car, the manager on duty was very concerned and promised a 5% rebate on our fees - but so far (one month later), this never happened. An according e-mail remained un-answered (for two weeks now).So? Yes, the average 4.4 as of writing this review is correct. Good and friendly service, ready to do a little more than just required, but don't believe everything they are saying...”

“In September of 2023, I started working as an admissions counselor. It is my first job out of college and one of the requirements would be driving long distance, visiting high schools and talking to prospective students, essentially driving for days on end. It would be my first time driving in the state Massachusetts and I was nervous, I had heard horror stories of stampede drivers and windshield wipers that never wiped from rentals cars that never really worked... But that never seemed to be the case with the Roslindale Enterprise branch. I have rented three cars, trips ranging from three days to three weeks and have been more than satisfied by service provided. For my first trip, Deion Ducoste, the branch manager, personally called to confirm my trip and serve as a resource if needed during my travels. When I arrived the day off, they were bit off schedule because some cars didn't arrive on schedule but they apologized and personally upgraded my car without an extra charge. I have also had the pleasure of speaking with Sebastian Paul, the assistant branch manager, who reassured that my school tax deductions would be deducted after having technical issue that wasn't resolved with their customer support. I am really grateful for the Roslindale Enterprise branch, the whole staff is lovely, it is unfortunate that I don't have all their business cards because they all deserve recognition for their work. From the people who clean the cars, to the front desk workers who try to get you on your way as soon as they can. Sometimes, we as the renters just have to realize that yes, we can set a time, but if the person before does not return the car at said time, there might be a hindrance on your scheduled rental. It's not their fault, they just manage the cars, not the people driving them. The most I've ever had to wait is fifteen minutes, and in those fifteen minutes I was not only acknowledge as a customer with a set rental, but I was apologized for something out of their control, and as a solution they offered me an upgrade. It never felt like an inconvenience because they always offered a solution. And on the flip slide, when I was the renter who was running late on time ( like a whole day late on time ) Deion offered a reasonable solution that worked for both of us. He and his team have made my travels amazing, I remember the first time I went on my trip, I was talking to my partner about how I hoped I would get a Subaru because I've always wanted one. And funny enough, my upgrade was a Subaru... So with that being said, when it comes to renting cars this is the place 2 go.”

“I rent from them all the time the staff is great they accommodate you in anyway they can It's a rental place and they have to deal with people destroying their vehicles because their rentals and not four wheelers people abuse him them and do damage and then get upset because they don't want to pay for the damage I've been renting there for years never once have I had a problem but never once have they had a problem with me bringing vehicles back with damage people get upset when they break something and don't want to pay for it when I go there I make sure and ask for the cleanest and nicest vehicle I bring it back the same way I have never had a problem that's the policy so are you people that are mad don't destroy their vehicles and you won't be charge for it it's very simple respect their properly as if it was your own”

“April2023:5: I would recommend this Ford repair service center.I found this Ford repair and service location as a result of searching for a place to take my father's Ford vehicle for recall services and a check up that he has apparently neglected for over a year. The indicated directions were fairly accurate for me to arrive without getting lost in the nearby city areas. This service center is adjacent to a big box warehouse department and grocery store. The blue signage is fairly visible from the street when approaching the center. There is one handicap parking spot in front of the door opposite the street you enter the service center. There are also general parking spots across from the entrance to the service center available. Upon entering the front doors, the counter is directly in front of you. The rental car window is to the right and the waiting area is to the left. There are separate male and female restrooms at this location. I found that the restroom was clean and without any offensive smell. The workers inside were efficient and properly documented the vehicle correctly to ensure that the correct services were completed. I was able to get a rental vehicle for the duration of my vehicle repair.”

“Ive been renting a car, from this location specifically, monthly for about a year now, and i honestly have only had positive experiences. My car has always been ready and clean. I pick up the car right at 8am, when they open, since I then have to drive to work, and they are always open, on time and have the car waiting for me. I wish i could say the same for other Hertz locations, but this one has never disappointed me. I cant stress how much I appreciate their efficiency, since I’m renting cars so frequently. “George and Ken’s is the best. The did very high quality work on my Tesla Model S a couple years ago for significantly less than another high quality body shop quoted me. Most recently I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for an estimate to repair/paint a chip on my door and a scrape on the body above a rear wheel. They looked at it and suggested that they could touch up the paint while I waited and if that wasn’t satisfactory, they’d setup an appoint for a more thorough repair and painting. 15 minutes later they were finished and I couldn’t tell where the scrape had been—and they refused to charge me!”
