On busier days, he is multi-taskful, trying to accommodate every customer who enters the door. At times, we have come in after work and he has stayed to help us out, no matter the issue..... even if it isn't an actual phone issue, but an app. He is always accommodating and has helped us find more affordable plans that work for our family, as well as newer phones.
