“The workers are very efficient, friendly yet business like. It's a neighborhood bank so they treat u like family. I also appreciate their speed and knowledge or at least know who to ask opposed to sending u on a wild goose chase like the larger banks do where u r just a number not a face. They try their best to accommodate ur needs and explain why with genuine concern why they can't do something or a specific thing isnt offered. Behind the scenes ..Linda and Debbie are very on top of who is who and what is what and no matter which teller I go to I'm not disappointed”

“Due to my bank here in Natick closing their safe deposit boxes I did a little research and listened to friends and received all positive input about Middlesex savings bank, in downtown Natick. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. I've never been so impressed and grateful for the personal service I've received from everyone there, and most especially the branch manager, who has gone far above and beyond in a very unusual and stressful situation with my 101-year old Dad (the account holder) who needed complicated documentation support. Run don't walk to move your money from the big bad banks, and put your trust in Eastern Trust on Mass Ave. You'll be so glad you did!”
“Okay, I’m a young millennial and opened my account online. It was easy and seamless. I got my card everything was fine until I had to get a replacement card. You can’t get a replacement card at the branch OR a virtual card, you have to wait till it comes in the mail and I really hope they change this to become more efficient because waiting 5-7 business days for a card is inefficient in modern times. Other than that, the mobile app is great and easy to use. TIP: Link your bank with another bank to transfer money between them if you’re waiting on your card. On the phone customer service is amazing. No comments on the bank tellers.”
“Dcu is a very good choice unfortunately I've had fraud happen to me twice now tomorrow morning I need to go to the branch for in person help and I'm confident they will get my money back unlock my card if not give me a new card witch is definitely a hassle but when it comes to getting you repaid on fraud they are great the people in the branch are friendly and kind I'm upset this has happened to me to me but dcu will take care of these issues rather well if I'm being honest skip all phone support after hours or before hours the phone support is the only part of the bank I don't like they are almost 0 help but everything else I've done with dcu is a good experience even in a bad situation”

“The systems of Chase are a bit crazy and we had a lot of issues to do 2 things we thought should be easy. With one of them, there was a major technical issue and we were there for 2 hours. The only reason this rating is high is because of Muhammad. He was so very helpful and did everything he could do to fix the issue. He also did it with patience, a smile, and humor.”
