During off hours, the staffed area is closed behind a security gate, and only the ATMs will be accessible to members. “After their renovations over the winter, I really love the atmosphere a lot more. It’s more open, much brighter lighting, and feels more productive but also relaxing. Prior to their renovations it felt very uncomfortable and not relaxing. But now there are nice tables and chairs and an overall brighter complexion.”

“Really great people to work with! The staff are all friendly and Nick the CEO is excellent and easily accessible. I help my church as a trustee and we recently had a difficult refinance situation which we had been turned down by other banks about. After reaching out to CCU I received immediate attention and talked to Nick about the next steps. Within days we had a great plan in place and within a week or so we had a deal that saved us a great deal of money and heartache. From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

I know the branch manager from a previous bank, and was super excited when I found out he landed here (literally walking by to go to the Dunks that is beside it) We talked and were able to have an apples to apples discussion about what CT had to offer, and how they operated. Matt S. is just wonderful, all the information he furnished was spot on. Every promise they made was kept. Every time I walk in to this bank they treat me like the Governor. You learn everyone's name and they remember yours. There is a familiarity that is comforting. They are also whole show. Personal/business/investing. If you want to find comfort and support, this is the bank...this is the branch for you. There is literally nothing they could do better in my opinion (they even carry $2 bills for me without giving me side eye). Talk to them.”

“I just had the most enjoyable time spent at a bank. I went into this branch to get a replacement debit card because mine was comprised. That was caught by the bank as well.
