Horrible service on hold for 40 mins and hung up on me

Moved nearby to this location and thought I'd give them a try. Brought my car in for routine maintenance and to resolve a rough idle. Was quoted $1000 for tune up and was promised problem would be resolved. Surprise surprise, it's not. Probably won't come back here, should have looked at these reviews first :/

Christian the manager always takes care of our cars classics and new has a great crew and all good communication skills! Had my Escalade detailed today
