About Super 8 by Wyndham West Springfield/Route 5
Super 8 by Wyndham West Springfield/Route 5 is an economical and affordable hotel with a reasonable price. The location is very close to restaurants and stores. The staff is really nice, though the front desk staff was not very welcoming. The beds were fine and comfortable, and rooms were decently clean. However, the place needs tweaking and repairs. The building is unkempt and pretty dirty, with issues like small sheets, broken doors, and cigarette burns. Rooms and hallways can have a weird or funny smell. There are no elevators and no breakfast. It is more an affordable experience than a classy one.
It wasn't terrible but all the mattresses laying around the building?

Beds were fine except that the sheets were too small for them. Place needs tweaking-- another wastebasket, tissues, higher toilets, wallpaper repairs, front desk staff not very welcoming.
