“Had a great experience here this past weekend. Big rooms with 1-2 bedrooms is great when traveling with kids. pool was small but great, kids loved it. West Springfield isn’t the most desirable location but we felt safe at the hotel. Negatives were our maid stunk of cigarettes so the halls and room also stunk of cigs. Pool water was chilly for an indoor pool but not terrible. Eggs at breakfast tasted like soap. Everything else was truly great!Walkability: On The Border restaurant, five guys, and hooters all right next door”

“Traveled to Massachusetts for the Railroad hobby show, decided to stay in Best Western. The lady at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, perfect for a 2 night stay. Breakfast included, sausage, eggs and pancakes, variety of breads, cereals. Food was hot and replenished frequently. Very convenient to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. Very centrally located, close to several restaurants, shops and the casino. Would definitely recommend”

“This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I was surprised at how nice the hotel was and how friendly the staff were. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Parking is so convenient, and I can see my vehicle from the window. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.”

“Today, November 16, 2023, I'm re-writing my review of four years ago. We've visited a friend in the area for many years and always stay here. The rooms are very clean; it's great to have a kitchenette, and the indoor heated pool is a wonderful spot to relax. The staff at the front desk are friendly and personable....a special shout-out (Yay!) to Manager Susan. Both Mary and Sundip were very welcoming this past week. And a big 'thank you' to all others who work so hard 'behind the scenes' to provide a comfortable experience! Highly recommended, EXCEPT: TERRIBLE MATTRESSES! The new pillow-top mattresses are ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! It's like sleeping in a hammock. The only way to get into bed is to crawl in on hands and knees. Worse, try to turn over and you have to pull yourself up out of the abyss; it feels like you've fallen into marshmallows. Getting out of bed means crab-crawling on your back. The most used side of the bed is the worst as it is the most concave. The original mattresses were very comfortable. Pillow-tops are the WORST DECISION EVER BY CORPORATE MANAGEMENT!”

“The evening staff were so friendly and helpful. We stopped for a night on a business trip, very exhausted and tired. I needed to wash some clothes, and I was a bit delusional trying do math after 72 hours of driving across 15 states. The girls at the front desk were so patient and kind, though. We would definitely stay again!”

“I’d choose a different hotel next time. The Hotel as a whole needs a face lift. My room was really dated. It was like they upgraded the bathroom but didn’t have a budget to do the bedroom.Breakfast was average at best. I actually ended up opting to skip breakfast 1 out of the 2 days I was there. The girl working the front desk who checked me in at 4:00pm, she gets an A+ in hospitality from me.But upon the day of check out, the overnight staff had slipped my invoice for my stay under the door the morning I was due to depart. That actually felt very strange and unwelcoming. Like a “hey get out.” I have never seen another hotel do this, and I travel every week for work and am in different hotels almost every week!!If I had a choice I’d probably spend the extra money and go with a different hotel.”

“Rooms smelt weird, cigarette burns in carpet, chair, and bed. Bathroom door did not close all the way, or lock. Pretty dirty, a lot of sunflower seeds behind the tv stand.”
