“When I arrived at Bourne scenic Park campgrounds the vehicle that I tow with a motorhome had a bad brake line so I had no brakes. I called Bay village auto at eight o'clock Saturday morning and spoke with Clark get it to the shop and I will take a look. I got a call about nine thirty Clark said I needed a brake line and that he would call when the job was completed. His hours on Saturday were eight thirty till twelve. It was a one thirty when he called to say that the vehicle was ready. He definitely when the extra mile so that I wasn't without a vehicle.
