“The customer service is excellent. It's a quieter branch (before and after COVID) but they are always happy to help. I originally opened my accounts at their bigger branch on Winter Street in Boston and have always found them to be helpful. A few years ago I traveled to another state but didn't alert them of my travel details and tried to use my card. It got declined because of a security measure. They had this rule where you had to alert them that you were traveling outside of your normal area. I called them and their customer service rep was genuinely interested in my concern and was quick to solve it. More recently I needed to change some login information and couldn't do it on the app so I called them and again they were incredibly helpful and personable. THAT's what keeps me coming back - they don't read from scripts. They are genuine, knowledgeable, and personable. That's important.”

“I stopped in the Westborough location to setup a new account and was pleasantly greeted by Shannon. She was outstanding and extremely resourceful. She setup my account and I walked out with a card in hand. Any other bank they tell you to call support and wait 7-10 business days for a card in the mail. Shannon setup my account and had my card printed in under 20 minutes!”
