“I love being able to buy food, treats, etc. from a locally owned store. It's small, but they some how have everything I need. The one downside is that they're only open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, so I just have to plan accordingly.”
“First time here today. Our family just bought a bunny and we had nothing for her. We were able to find everything at this place and the owners were incredibly helpful. Even carried everything out for me (I bought a large cage I was unable to carry).”
“Tony dropped everything to be able to help my 3 kitties. I found out the Natural Balance cat food was being discontinued in 50%+ Petsmarts and Petcos. I learned that Tony’s Pet Oasis was one of 2 places near me that would be selling this product. I messaged them on Facebook and explained my situation. I went in store a few days later and Tony sat with me and ordered all of the flavors my cats eat for me. He got them in so quickly and messaged me on Facebook when they were in store and ready. He now sells them on his shelves. He literally made my life so much easier and I don’t need to worry right now. Thank you Tony and team!”
“I went here on 04/20/26 , it was an unexpected trip . I had a couple that I could only use at a very select amount of retailers that sold these's specific dog treats. As I entered the store the odor was extremely over powering. This was my 1st ever coming to Pet Supplies Plus ever. It was brought to my attention in order to use / redeem my coupon I had to have a Pet Supplies Plus account with them which I'd didn't have account. They kind of forced me into opening a free account in order to use my coupon. Ethan was extremely helpful and alternative. The entrance and exit of this building are really confusing. I give it a like 3.5 close to 4 stars. If it wasn't for Ethan being very helpful and decent it wouldn't be this high for the review. But overall if I'm in the area I'll most definitely come in and look around and browse around. Thanks , for your assistance Ethan! My 2 small puppies love the 6 oz Fromm Crunchy Dog treats which I purchased here . I plan on getting them more soon.”
“I have had incredibly positive interactions and the dogs I've adopted from here have been cared for and loved. They care about the plight of international dogs like Lurchers, Galgos and Podencos as well.”
“Have adopted a few Cats from them. The latest, Juno, a senior Cat has been a test of wills. He stayed in hiding for about two months, bit me once. He decided finally to come out, now laying beside me, loves to be petted, sleeps on my bed, with or without me. Hangs around with my other Cats, and follows me around the house all the time. A wonderful addition to the family. Love him. Don t overlook the Senior Cats! They are special, and appreciate a good home.”
“This location is always so clean and the cashiers are so friendly to my dog! I really appreciate the trash bin and grass patch outside for dogs to relieve themselves before going inside.”
“I’ll be forever grateful to Yankee for connecting us with our sweet boy Dusty. While their process can feel lengthy, the thoroughness comes from a sincere desire to ensure their dogs go home with the perfect families, which is something I greatly appreciate. I can’t recommend Yankee enough!”
“Petco always has what Tony the cat needs at a fair price. i live in Massachusetts and usually try and buy the cat food up in Nashua, nh, when I can to save on sales tax.”
“We went to Shrewsbury Petco this morning for help with a problem with our 14+ year old cat. She was having some concerning issues and we didn't know what to do; a vet visit was next. We needed help and found Mariah. She was SO HELPFUL!!! She guided us to a couple options and gave us her experiences with them. She's a true customer service asset. Thank you, Mariah!”
“So, I helped facilitate my friend getting a kitty. We went to Carmah/Petco and can I just say, it's only been 6 days and they are getting along so so so wonderful. CarMax was awesome and so was Petco. My friend needed a companion and has gotten that and then some.”
“The two vet techs were absolutely amazing to my two dogs they treated them with such care. One of my dogs was scared and they made sure they reassured my dog that everything was OK.”
“This is by far the best PetSmart I have been to. The animals are so well cared for and loved. I spoke to both Jill and Nicole and they were such amazing caretakers. They were so knowledgeable and well spoken when it came to all of the animals. I personally came to adopt a hamster and they both helped me find the right hamster for me. They made sure I understood what I should do in order to take care of the hamster.
On top of that, the animals at the store are so healthy and have tons of positive enrichment. That is what keeps us coming back, it’s the quality of care they show the animals. I could not be happier with my experience.”

“This store located just south of the Rt 9 and Rt 135 interchange is pretty nice. The plants are protected from the harsh sun near the door and were in good condition inspite of being on clearance, the tomatoes etc. The cashier Brian was helpful finding what I was looking for. The store setup is a modified version of the store I use more often and clean. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.”
