“We stopped at Concord Lamp & Shade with some lamps we found and little knowledge about lamps/buying shades. We got an education and beautiful shades that we are thrilled with! For a relatively small shop they had so many options and we found exactly what we wanted. We were able to take them home for a day and see if they worked in the space before purchasing them, which worked very well for us. Such a great experience!”

It's just full of perfectly picked items that make you think, 'Yep, that would look great in my house.' It's officially my new go-to for gifts, and the fact that they'll gift wrap for you is a huge plus. You’ll find a great mix of things—cool jewelry, amazing-smelling candles, stylish glassware, and cozy sweatshirts, just to name a few. “Jim was great!I called to get dimensions for drawers for the Millstone Island.(The drawer dimensions are not listed on the website. Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”
“I visited recently to find replacements for my under-cabinet kitchen lighting. I worked with Rita, she showed me the available options, how they could be used and optimized for my space. After looking at the options, Rita priced out a solution for me that was reasonably priced. They had most of the units in-stock, I returned a few days later for the rest.
I do not feel like I was over-sold, I got what I needed at a good price and now that they are installed I am completely happy with what I have.

Unique, beautiful, fun, gifts at a reasonable price ranging from houseware to bags and jewelry; good for Father's Days, Mother's Day, housewarming, birthday, baby showers and any other gift-giving occasion!I also did the decoupage shell making class (as a birthday gift for my sister). It was a fun and unique way to spend a Sunday. And if you haven't seen the decoupage shells that Hilary makes, they are beautiful! I loved getting to make them ourselves.Hilary -- the store owner -- is fantastic! She is creative and friendly and makes a lot of the items herself.”
