“I definitely give this place five stars Kyle behind the counter he is the man let me tell you. I had a issue that needed to be taken care of involving a return in a different state The different store in the other state I was doing the return they didn't want to take the product back even with a bit of a fight to it. Kyle made a couple phone calls and let me tell you within 30 minutes I was taking care of. I definitely recommend this O'Reilly's if you need things done because they ain't playing. Grade A Customer service I'll definitely be bringing my business here you should too.”

“Worked with Goncarlo Costa at Lia and had a great experience. He was very patient and willing to help me look at several cars... during a snow storm! Financing and paperwork was easy. When I went to pick up the car, did have to wait quite a bit as the detailing was not done correctly. Goncarlo inspected the car first and made sure the new detailer redid it. Still had issues with the cleaniness, however that was due to the new person and needing more training! Goncarlo offered another detail to help make up for this. So far, had a good and pretty painless experience buying my car.”

“Although several of the previous reviews mentioned rude remarks and poor attitudes my experience was much different. The lady in the office, Anna and I were talking while my vehicle was being inspected and she seemed very nice and great to talk with. Although my vehicle failed inspection, Joe and Anna took the time to explain why and were very kind during the process.”
