“Baldwin Auto has totally fixed my daughter's car from the tirod, blinker, oil change and the sun roof that has not worked since she got it. Other places wanted 150-300 just to look at it, not Baldwin took a look at it and BOOM it's fixed. Quote the prices (better then any other place around) and stuck to them. As a woman who has been overcharged and problems not fixed from other places, I can tell you from now on anything to do with my vehicles Baldwin Auto will be the only place I go. “I have nothing but good things to say! I was having issues with my car starting and assumed it was my starter. I was able to drop it off after hours and the next morning Noel very quickly found the real issue being the battery and was able to get a new one put in along with doing an oil change. He also did a quick inspection and in doing so found a safety issue with a wheel bearing. He notified me as a courtesy, but seeing as my car was already there I had him repair that as well. He was able to get that done and my car back to me the same day! He is an honest and excellent mechanic! Definitely recommend!”

“I took my car to Precision Auto for the first time because the smaller shop I normally take my car too no longer does the service my car needed. I was nervous at first because I haven't gone to a new shop in several years and as we all know, doing so can be hit or miss. From my first call to Precision asking if they would service my car, they were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They are professional and complete a whole review of your car that you can view online, it even had pictures. They are also compassionate. I love my little car and keep it in the best condition I can. However, a lot of people take one look at my 20yr old civic and can't be bothered, regardlessof it's condition. Precision Auto didn't do that. They had no problem servicing my car quickly and getting it back to it's optimal performance. Their office/waiting room is clean and comfortable. If you're looking for that small shop quality/feel with the technologically modern process of the dealer, I definitely recommend Precision Auto. It's safe to say I'll be back if ever the need arises.”
