I have known Roland for 15 years, he maintained by first Audi A6 amazingly. I now have a Q7 and he and Isreal are the best. Bought it and he unfortunately found some issues immediately post sale from a dealer. They helped guide me through the pretty intense repair. Roland is the reason I bought another Audi, besides being amazing cars, it's great to have somebody you trust and know won't stear you wrong! Fabulous communication, easy to schedule service. “Went for shock replacement and was told that my car isnt worth fixing. Significant rusting problem underneath that i wasnt aware of from my regular mechanic. I appreciate KENS honesty, and will never go back to my original mechanic who i put all kinds of work on with severe rust issues in frame. If i need help with my car, ill see KEN. Its not easy recieving bad news about your vehicle, but honesty is appreciated. Thank you , ken!”

“Just a quick shout out for Patty at the front desk at Franks Auto.
She understood an issue and referred us to a local repairer of specialty parts that would have been able to do the required work (Welding) rather than taking us on themselves and replacing parts and being a large expense.
The knowledge she has of local businesses in the area and who to trust is probably worth a gold mine, and the fact that they would rather refer to the right business than take on the work speaks volumes in todays age.
Note: She did say they were booking regular mechanic work 2.5 weeks out from the day I visited, so they can be busy!”

“On Monday April 24TH my Ford Taurus broke down on the way home from work. They suggested a local Towing service that came within 15 minutes to tow my car. Turns out I needed a new starter. 2 HRS after my car was towed it was fixed. I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received.”
