“One of my tires was losing air consistently over a week or so. It got worse so I decided to stop into Rucki’s. Steve at the front desk was super nice and helpful and took my information and said they had a few people ahead of me, but would be able to get to it soon before closing (which was already impressive as this was around 3-3:30pm and they close at 5.)
I opted to leave my car there, not expecting them to actually be able to get to it that day. Not even an hour later, Steve called to let me know my car/tire was all set, and that they found a puncture in the tire and plugged it. When I asked how much I owed them, I was surprised to hear him say it would only be $25.
Rucki’s is by far the most honest and hard working shop I have visited, and I will definitely be back in the future.”
“We went to Marcotte Ford and had my front drivers window (wouldn't go up) issue repaired and fixed within 2 days. Sarat Ford had previously told me they were way over booked and gave me an appointment 2 months out to October. Marcotte Ford took us in the following day and honored our service contract also.”

“Awesome and trustworthy staff. Roland and Israel are extremely talented mechanics. Rebecca is super friendly and responds fast with great communication. I have known Roland for 15 years, he maintained by first Audi A6 amazingly. I now have a Q7 and he and Isreal are the best. Bought it and he unfortunately found some issues immediately post sale from a dealer. They helped guide me through the pretty intense repair. Roland is the reason I bought another Audi, besides being amazing cars, it's great to have somebody you trust and know won't stear you wrong! Fabulous communication, easy to schedule service. AMAZING ? Easy to find and safe location.”

“I highly recommend Precision Auto. Very professional, very detailed and their customer service was amazing. I walked in their office with a smile and left with a smile. I have an older vehicle they have diagnosed. They called me about diagnoses and the steps he'd take to repair my old, high mileage Van. Also broke down the pricing of the repairs. Very reasonable ? I happened to Google highly rated auto shops. Guess what, Precision Auto came up. I called and the rest is history. I will forever go to Precision Auto. I've always fixed my own vehicle ( thanks to Googles help). But I just couldn't figure my van problem. Precision of course figured it !!! Thank you”

“Pete and his team are the best!! I live in the Hilltown's so going to Century as a regular customer isn't economical but Pete and his team came to the rescue. My hilltown mechanic believed my rear differential was going and since an exploratory/repair isn't easy in the hiltowns (no auto parts store nearby, can't get parts same day) he suggested going to the dealership and let them diagnose it and come back to him with the repair list. The dealership said nothing was wrong and my car drives smooth. (HA! Rear end shakes but Ok Mazda) so since my Dad (who moved out of the area) has trusted Pete since Pete started, I went to Century. I had a bad tire, thanks again Pete!!!!”

“I have to the owner and mechanic so much praise. Let me tell you the craziest thing that happened to me. My car stalled out in front of this auto shop. (What are the odds) this was at 7:30am. I called the shop and he answered the phone and asked if he could look at my car. He said yes but not right away I was totally ok with that. He called me an hour later let me know it was my caliper & my brakes. I luckily already had brakes and rotors for my car that I got from a friend. He told me the price and I said go ahead and fix it. (The price was very reasonable and $200 less than a quote I got earlier that month) He fixed it within the hour. By noon my car was done. As a woman I always feel afraid because I’ve been taken advantage of in the past when it comes to mechanics. But not at primos. This man was professional and he explained things so I understood what he was saying. His beautiful wife took my payment and she was also very professional & kind. I will be recommending this auto shop to everyone I know. I couldn’t be more happy to have found a new mechanic.”

I promise you there is a reason the shop is busy--do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment and don't waste your time and money at corporate lube shops just bc you don't need an appointment.”
