“For years we have shopped at larger stores but this is about to change and here is why....We live in Ludlow and my 12 year old rides his bike to the Ludlow store with his friends. These kids are good kids who like to spend the money they have at Walgreens and a few other local stores. That being said, they get bored and they often go into the Ludlow Pieroways to sit in the recliners, they have also gone in to play hide and seek. The reason I am writing this review is because I am happy to say that the staff hasn't kicked them out for just being kids... the staff has welcomed them and tolerated their mischievous yet harmless behavior. My son said “they are very nice in that store!†So I'm happy to say that I will now patronize this establishment going forward for all of my furniture and mattress needs. “I’ve gotten furniture from many places around this area and I gotta be honest this place was by far the most stand up place to do business with. The sale man Danny was amazing and showed great customer service. He promised me delivery on time and made sure that the delivery was delivered to me on time. When I wanted to change the bed I purchased Danny took into consideration and changed my mattress with no issue. Now that’s what you call good business and keeping your customers happy. Overall my experience at this place was a great and I most certainly will be coming back to get my kitchen table . They have all kinds of beautiful furniture here I would recommend people to shop here .”
“I had a couple of dealings with Howard and a very nice young lady there (sadly, can’t remember her name) and found them extremely helpful and informative. We had a pool that was 4 1/2 years old (purchased at the same Namco) and the harsh winter damaged it beyond repair. It was not a design flaw, just a horribly cold winter. We decided to buy again and we are thrilled with the service!! Our pool arrived in a timely manner and we are looking forward to another great pool season.

“The owner Hazel is absolutely amazing! We had been looking for some new furniture & had been to many furniture stores. Uncertain which way to go...Hazel offered to come to our home and she literally transformed it! Her enthusiasm is incredible - never had such an enjoyable purchasing experience. Our style was all over the place and she figured out what it was (mid century modern) & how to make it cohesive while using many things we already had. She also brought in items that we could choose to keep or not - such a fun process and her creativity is A+. Her paint color suggestions +++ were spot on - TRUST HER! The room(s) layout(s) now works and she's created spaces we love to be in - thank you Hazel!”
