“For years we have shopped at larger stores but this is about to change and here is why....We live in Ludlow and my 12 year old rides his bike to the Ludlow store with his friends. These kids are good kids who like to spend the money they have at Walgreens and a few other local stores. That being said, they get bored and they often go into the Ludlow Pieroways to sit in the recliners, they have also gone in to play hide and seek. The reason I am writing this review is because I am happy to say that the staff hasn't kicked them out for just being kids... the staff has welcomed them and tolerated their mischievous yet harmless behavior. My son said “they are very nice in that store!†So I'm happy to say that I will now patronize this establishment going forward for all of my furniture and mattress needs. Right away she was welcoming while also giving us space to look around. She was very detail-oriented as well which is appreciated.We checked out other stores for good measure, and nobody came near to matching the quality of Susan’s customer service.
