“Mark was a huge help as we narrowed down our needs and possible obstacles ( ie limited range to get larger furniture in house) - he gave us best options, pros/cons of different models and quoted us a few options while we went home to confirm measurements. As he was quick and gave useful guidance my husband returned to the store and made a purchase for a great deal on Black Friday! All in all it took about an hour. We even changed our mind about delivery options and called back to make a quick change without issue. Our delivery comes next day and we have an exact window which is convenient. Great service!”
“Motkue in the Enfield, Connecticut MattressFirm store, helped us so much, in selecting a Queen mattress and a Twin mattress, for a condo in Florida we'll be moving into. Motkue helped us find the best mattresses for us based on our preferences. The Enfield store had a very nice selection at reasonable prices. Motkue worked with Cesar in the Florida MattressFirm store, to help us get the mattresses delivered to the new Florida address out of the Florida warehouse. “For years we have shopped at larger stores but this is about to change and here is why....We live in Ludlow and my 12 year old rides his bike to the Ludlow store with his friends. These kids are good kids who like to spend the money they have at Walgreens and a few other local stores. That being said, they get bored and they often go into the Ludlow Pieroways to sit in the recliners, they have also gone in to play hide and seek. The reason I am writing this review is because I am happy to say that the staff hasn't kicked them out for just being kids... the staff has welcomed them and tolerated their mischievous yet harmless behavior. My son said “they are very nice in that store!†So I'm happy to say that I will now patronize this establishment going forward for all of my furniture and mattress needs. “The owner Hazel is absolutely amazing! We had been looking for some new furniture & had been to many furniture stores. Uncertain which way to go...Hazel offered to come to our home and she literally transformed it! Her enthusiasm is incredible - never had such an enjoyable purchasing experience. Our style was all over the place and she figured out what it was (mid century modern) & how to make it cohesive while using many things we already had. She also brought in items that we could choose to keep or not - such a fun process and her creativity is A+. Her paint color suggestions +++ were spot on - TRUST HER! The room(s) layout(s) now works and she's created spaces we love to be in - thank you Hazel!”
