“Thank you for your wonderful customer service. I had a lot of groceries that I was putting on the conveyor belt. Unbeknownst to me, a bag of rice was damaged and rice was spilling out. Before I emptied my cart, the cashier handed the bag to another employee, who quickly got a bag to replace the broken bag. All of this was done with pleasant manners and big smiles ! I love shopping st the Big Y in Amherst.”

The best part were the two young employees they checked me out and bagged the food. This is an example of good young workers that care about their job. They went above and beyond for me and had a smile on their face. Both of them have a bright future.”

“Always loved the Hampden Market and was so happy when Armata took it over. Love what they have done with the organization, automatic doors, and checkout registers. The staff is excellent: cordial and helpful.
One of our favorite items to purchase was mixed salads from the deli: egg salad, ham salad, and tuna. Tuesday I bought two pounds of the tuna salad and two of the ham salad. The ham salad was excellent - every bit as excellent as The Hampden Market’s was.
The tuna salad was another story. It did have plenty of bits of celery, but……. It was very dry and LACED WITH GARLIC POWDER (?) which could be smelled as soon as we took off the cover. Frankly, I don’t feel ANY garlic should be in tuna salad, but I think anyone would agree this batch would qualify as OVERLOADED with it. From now on I will ask for a sample taste.
Nevertheless, we love having Armata’s in Hampden.”
“This place was the absolute best place I have ever taken a vehicle. My Infiniti needed servicing, and they gave me a 30 point inspection and letting me know of everything that needed maintenance. The owners and workers were extremely professional and we’re able to get my car fixed extremely quick if you are looking for fast reliable service, at good price look no further.”

“The Wilbraham bigY is my favorite ! You can’t go wrong with the family fish, fry, fish and chip dinner, we do that probably once a week we do the pizza shop pizza probably once a week and that has never disappointed us , big hearty slices for a reasonable price, cooked fresh… We get all of our birthday cakes from the bakery. I do all of my weekly shopping at big Y Wilbraham. I love the cleanliness & the convenience . Love the big open doors when you walk in makes you feel like you’re in a Tuscan marker, area not right on Boston Road. I enjoy all my experiences there and the staff is nice.”
“Easy parking. Very expensive and not much in choice of products. The produce is AWFUL, very often moldy vegetables and fruit. Not my favorite store and definitely only go for convenience.”

“Every time we go to Massachusetts the Ludlow Road Big Y is our favourite for many reasons.
It’s always clean, organised and well stocked. There was not a single item that was out of place! The staff are wonderful and it shows that they take great pride in their workplace.
The Bakery is amazing and the baked goods they have are always fresh. Their Italian bread is exceptional and paired perfectly with the vegetable soup I made.
Fruit and vegetables are fresh and vibrant.
They also have a huge selection of fresh fish with no pungent odours!
And to top it all off a pharmacy for any medical needs.”

“The butcher that worked today 12/3 around noon time was outstanding. He took the time to assist me and my 17month old son with our selections. He walked with us from chicken, to beef, and then fish selections; using sanitary and food safety skills with each exchange and was spot on in his calculations.Ive had good and poor experiences with this store, however lately the good has been tipping the scale. “I can't remember which Save-A-Lot this was because I went to one in Massachusetts with my sister and I couldn't believe great product there and their produce section was huge compared to the one here in Virginia. The one hearing Virginia is very disappointing and their meats in Virginia are twice as high that's the ones in Massachusetts I just couldn't believe it. But great customer service and that is what I always look for that is what keeps me going back to a store over and over and over again the price of the products if I don't like it I'll go shop somewhere else for that product. But I do get some great priced products at Save-A-Lot. Now this store in Massachusetts was immaculate I mean really really clean. Virginia not so much”

“Great selection of ready to go meals ? and deserts if you don't have time to prep your meals after work then head to Delaney's and grab what you would like to eat all prepared for you with lots to chose from and all the dishes that I have tried are delicious and I purchase the meals for 2 and my wife and I split them and there's plenty of food and it's way better than getting fast food and it costs about the same or less depending on what you buy give it a try I guarantee you will be back trying different meals especially if you don't have much time for prepping food after work and cleaning up the mess ?”
