“Great selection of gear plus friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are high but appropriate for the top-of-the line equipment they sell. Tip: go at the end of a season for sale prices.Mitch was awesome! He had expert knowledge of the equipment and was friendly and easy to work with. He also had admirable patience with my intermediate skier girlfriend who had a million questions about buying equipment for the first time. Give this guy a raise!”

“We just ordered two lounge chairs, cushions and a small table to go between. And a butcher's cutting board (every kitchen needs one of those!). So far, we have been very pleased with the quality of the furniture, the ease of use, and comfort. And the board is a delight. We have worked with Taylor in customer service and found him to be very proactive when there was a holdup and very helpful with timing issues. We received one cushion because its mate was on back order...then it turned out the manufacturer discontinued that color. GT quickly (5 minute conversation) showed us what colors were available and sent us two of them...within 24 hours of the problem coming to light. That's customer service. Thanks, GT!”

Keagan and the team have done an outstanding job showcasing all the wonderful furniture, tools, etc. I even heard someone in the parking lot talking about how gorgeous the store is. “I really deeply love this store. I love the product selection, style, and the people who work here. Wayfair has major issues with their warehouse though. Multiple items have come missing parts and therefore we have been unable to receive our proper white glove delivery we have paid for. The staff of the store are not given adequate power to expedite or fix problems with these deliveries. Every aspect of the Wayfair chain is independent from one another, and this seems to cause issues. The fact that I can still give 4 stars is a testament to how much I like the brick and mortar store.”

“I’m very happy with my bed and excellent customer service. One thing made me only give 4 out of 5.
My only issue is that I couldn’t buy a remote from a store that had 2 of them in stock. Their higher ups said NO to selling me the remote and I would have to pay to get it shipped.
Why couldn’t they just send the store another remote with their next shipment?
Disappointing to the point that I didn’t buy the remote.
Not to mention I’ve spent over
$5 grand in the past 2 years with the company. Petty, felt like I had to match pettiness and post about this.”
