“Nice helpful staff. Had to pickup some very heavy furniture. They helped get it up on roof racks. Had to make 2 trips. 1.5 hours each way got there just before closing and they were not rushing us in any way.”

“I recently purchased a set of mini boards with a design on them for my twin grandchildren for their birthday.Stacey sent me multiple color and design options for me to choose from, once I chose my design I asked if the boards would be able to be shipped to my grandchildren on time for their birthday which was the following Sat. Exactly a week from me approving the proof.Stacey said they could be and she kept her word, the boards were at their house with days to spare.If you are looking for boards, I highly recommend them.Stacey was very responsive and helpful!”

Outside, also during December, and to the right of the building is a temporary animal enclosure filled with little goats and llamas that kids and adults can feed for 0.25¢”

“On a rainy day in Spring 2024, I spent a couple lovely hours at the Sleep Number store in Burlington. Cristina was so patient while I acted like Goldilocks trying all the different beds. I actually nodded off while she was helping someone with a pillow purchase! We ended up buying a split top King and we still love the bed so much. I feel grateful every night that I have such a luxurious bed! Cristina helped me with the coupons and codes, and got the price to an affordable number for me. I went back for the cooling sheets (awesome) and my husband’s side sleeper pillow. We now own 5 Sleep Number beds in my family. Couldn’t recommend any higher!!!”
“We have not received our order yet as we only placed it last week, this review is specifically for this location and their employees.
Our family came in to this store maybe 30min before closing and were greeted by Yencel. Prior to arrival we had gone online and thought we knew what we wanted. Turns out making the trip to the store and being assisted by Yencel changed some of the decisions we made, things that just couldn't been known without Yencel's assistance and seeing the couch options in person. The couches speak for themselves. However the most invaluable part of the experience was Yencel. His knowledge, patience and caring about the us (the customer) really made the instore experience well worth the trip! I asked if he would be making commission on our purchase, because I wanted to be sure he was taken care of, but it turns out this is not Lovesac's instore business model. Employees are not incentivized by commissions. I personally think that this leads to a better instore experience. Instead of having an employee push unnecessary things on you to bump up the purchase total, they want to get you into the right product for you.
Yencel is a great asset to this location. If you go to the store and he is working, rest assured you are in good hands! If Lovesac Corporate sees this review understand that you have a great employee with Yencel. We felt that he truly cared about us and he wanted us to make the best decision for our family. He is a great person and employee and should be recognized for this!!”

The price was recognizably lower than some other brands which I appreciated. I almost bought a white blanket from Lola Blankets for about 6x the price but I came to my senses. Thankful for AllModern.
