“We love going each year for Santa and the Christmas experience. However, the customer service side wasn't ideal. I came back to return a faulty Christmas decoration today, Jan 5, and I was immediately told by a sales person, pretty much as soon as I walked in with my Seasons 4 bag, that any Christmas item was a final sale. I said, " I saw the sign on the door that announced final sales on items purchased 12/18 and after,but this was purchased on 12/9." She then said it was likely final sale and to check my receipt because it probably said final sale. Nowhere did it say anything about a different return policy than usual (30 days according to website). Finally another person came over and was more understanding but wanted to check that indeed this decoration didn't work. After checking with batteries in the back, she said she would give me back my money. But rather than apologize, she said that next time I should ask staff to check that the item works with batteries before leaving the store. I will simply be more careful with what I purchase, because we love going each Santa season for the kids.”

Went down to the shop with a custom design idea...Kevin was more than accommodating and gave us all the information to sort through with samples and fabric options, even letting us take our final half dozen selections home to return when finished.Fast forward, and the final product came out even better than expected. Delivered out of state and looks like incredible craftsmanship.Job well done to the McMahon's and delivery guys!Just be warned, parking is an absolute shitshow, but can find spots further along the main drag within a short walk. Made the delivery fee worth it, to have to avoid parking and trying to navigate the tight lot and on street parking.”

“I really deeply love this store. I love the product selection, style, and the people who work here. Wayfair has major issues with their warehouse though. Multiple items have come missing parts and therefore we have been unable to receive our proper white glove delivery we have paid for. The staff of the store are not given adequate power to expedite or fix problems with these deliveries. Every aspect of the Wayfair chain is independent from one another, and this seems to cause issues. The fact that I can still give 4 stars is a testament to how much I like the brick and mortar store.”

On busy days, it can be a little to find help on the floor, but once you do, they really go out of their way to make sure you are helped. They always have very good collection in store for kitchen items ranging from serve ware, cookware, hosting, holiday collection and so much more. The location is great, with lots of free parking and easy access to/from the interstate.”
