It's officially my new go-to for gifts, and the fact that they'll gift wrap for you is a huge plus. “We had our 15 year old Lutron shades replaced by Hunter Douglas motorized shades from Tyler and Sash several months ago. We worked primarily with Shaun, but we interacted with many of the staff and they were all extremely helpful. The installation went smoothly, with the minor glitch that one of the 6 motors was making a slight sound, which the installer immediately pointed out and replaced a couple weeks later. Since then we've had flawless operation using the scheduling feature on the app -- closed at sunset and opened at a specified time in the morning. We were a little apprehensive at first, as the price was half of what Lutron had quoted, but the quality of the H-D product is good and so far everything works as promised.”

“We had a great experience at Fitzgerald tile. Knowledgeable sales representatives , great selection of tiles and fabulous mini-displays showing combinations of different tiles and grout. For our construction project, we are building a bathroom that will be for an individual with mobility and vision issues. We were so fortunate to be greeted by Shawn when we walked into the showroom. Not only did Shawn do a great job helping us choose tiles that we love, he was very knowledgeable about safety considerations in bathroom design. We really appreciated all the information he was able to relay and his assistance in choosing tiles that we love and meet our unique needs.”
“What a fabulous giftshop. I signed up for a class that was held in the back of the store. The class was to make a hand scorched cheese tray. Before class I had the chance to walk around the store and look at all the fabulous gifts. Staff was super nice and helpful when I had questions. They offer great hands on class all year...and a wide selection of cute gifts. I look forward to taking another class and buying gifts there...”

“This is my first time ever writing a review for something online, and this place certainly deserves it.
I bought an embroidery machine from Facebook Marketplace, and brought it here to get serviced because there was an issue with one of the sensors.
Mark was very kind and welcoming, and assured me that Richard would get the machine in top shape in around 7-10 days.
Not only did Richard get the machine cleaned and running smoothly in just 6 days, but he also offered tips on how to embroider shirts as a beginner, and said that I can come back whenever for more advice.
I will certainly be returning and highly encourage others to check this place out!”

“Custom Floor Design was terrific from start to finish. I found them online and did not have high expectations going there. I was wrong. The showroom was bright and very professional. And they had beautiful high end products. Our consultant, Kathy, was knowledgeable and very patient. She spent a long time with us as we were looking for an area rug. We could not decide that day, but went back and Kathy again showed us more. We purchased one outside our comfort zone because of Kathy. She was wonderful. Shipping and install was a dream. I cannot say enough about this company. A+!!”

“This store is very nicely set up and has great quality items for your home.. I would have gave the store 5 stars but they do not have a separate customer service line for returns and questions, you will have to wait on a long line that wraps around twice to get to the register after already waiting on the same very long line to make the purchase.. I'm returning my item because it did not come with all the items that was to be included in the box so I have to suffer on this long line once again.”

“On a rainy day in Spring 2024, I spent a couple lovely hours at the Sleep Number store in Burlington. Cristina was so patient while I acted like Goldilocks trying all the different beds. I actually nodded off while she was helping someone with a pillow purchase! We ended up buying a split top King and we still love the bed so much. I feel grateful every night that I have such a luxurious bed! Cristina helped me with the coupons and codes, and got the price to an affordable number for me. I went back for the cooling sheets (awesome) and my husband’s side sleeper pillow. We now own 5 Sleep Number beds in my family. Couldn’t recommend any higher!!!”

If you need a unique gift Sandy will help. You'll find vintage as well as new so there's truly something for everyone. Sandy also does custom champagne glasses for the absolute perfect shower or wedding gift. She's done multiple sets for me, which not only the mothers of the bride, but the brides and their bridesmaids went crazy over. She has also customized a set of Christmas wine glasses that I shipped to Florida and were very well received. I was told they were the tall of the couple's holiday party. “If I could give 10 stars, I would. What had happened was... I had dropped off a piece of art to be framed. It was ready on a Friday but I was running late, so I just figured I would pick it up on Monday. Monday was the day that this artwork would be presented as a gift at an event in the afternoon. Now it turns out that they are closed on Mondays WHICH IS CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE DOOR. They are open on the weekend and I, being not too bright sometimes, did not look up the hours. COMPLETELY MY FAULT. So I panicked. Then emailed at the contact info on the website begging for help. One of the owners called me within a few minutes and then he came to the store to let me get my art. Understand, this was all my fault and they had no obligation to do this. The tomato vine candle doesn’t smell like tomato at all but it definitely has a robust and delicious smell.
My friend and I got some (very) soft blankets. Due to MLK day we got 10% off. I don’t know how I want my bed to be made yet with this new blanket addition. I’m conflicted.
The price was recognizably lower than some other brands which I appreciated. I almost bought a white blanket from Lola Blankets for about 6x the price but I came to my senses. Thankful for AllModern.
It was a very fun shopping experience. I’m happy I could bring my pink drink in there.”
