“I'm a regular at Jabberwock and they're fantastic. There's never been a question they haven't been able to answer, and it's so much fun getting to talk about reptiles or arachnids with the staff. They special-ordered an amblypygid for me and made sure to reach out when it arrived, which felt so special. Small stores like Jabberwock are a rarity in a time of big box stores, and it's such a joy to come in.”

“I have a Jack Russell Chihuahua mix and haven't brought him for a professional bath since our last groomer unfortunately went out of business. He's a rescue and can be fickle around new people. The lovely folks at Linda's told me he did great (I really hope so!) But I will say while he was happy to see me, he did seem very relaxed. The price was very reasonable for a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, etc and even a bandana! $$ is tight these days but we will be back soon!”

“5 stars for Polkadog!! It's been about a year since visiting Polkadog, after being frequent customers and moving away. We came back this past weekend to purchase a bulk order of treats to give as party favors and boy do we miss it. The variety of hand made treats and options on how to buy (a buffet of treats to build your own bag, 12oz bags of training treats, 5lb bulk bags, etc...) makes Polkadog one of a kind. The best place to spoil your pup!”
“Worldly Pets is an adorable pet store! I was strolling nearby when I was enticed by their colorful displays of toys through the window. I'm always down to purchase a new toy for my beloved senior rescue (even if she doesn't play with them) because I just want her to have everything she's never had.The staff is beautifully organized by animal and the staff were hard at work offering pet food suggestions to dog owners with complex health issues. As I listened to their suggestions, I was impressed with their level of knowledge and care for all their customers. They seem to offer a wide variety of foods, toys, grooming supplies, and collars/leashes. I also saw on their social media pages that they have a mobile grooming salon! I believe I read they have an upcoming nail clip for cats and dogs and are donating the $15 to local animal rescues for pets in need. I thought that was so classy, philanthropic and kind. Any business that gives back gets 5-stars in my book.”
“This was our first time trying Dog Eat Cake as our local “barkery” closed. It did not disappoint! We drove an hour to pick up Max’s cake and it was totally worth it. The design was fun and unique (not your typical bone shape with minimal details). The cake was airy and moist. Max and his brother Leo loved it. It’s the best dog cake we have ever gotten! Dog Eat Cake will be our go to for both our pups!”
“On our way to Quincy we stopped by this pet store. I have never seen a small local store take care of their animals they were here. Everything was clean fresh fresh vegetables in water, and all the animals seems really happy. Also the workers there are very humble and pleasant. For local small businesses I hope this place thrives and its worth stopping in for sure. I was quite taken back.”

“Wonderful staff- my dog dragged me in the door on her second day. She was sooo excited to go and to see the staff every day. When I tick was found an email went out immediately and all dogs searched. Staff was very responsive to her needs regarding anxiety and a sore back leg. The staff love their dogs and my dog loves it rhere!”

“The owner is very knowledgeable about his fish and takes excellent care of them. Has a great variety of freshwater and semi-tropicals, especially bettas. I'm super pleased with the corydoras and shrimp I got here.I'm sceptical of some of the other animals for sale (birds, rabbits) but I do not know what is adequate for them so I can't say if their quality is on par with the fish.”
“Brought my 80lb labradoodle in to be groomed. Gina did an amazing job!!! This dog is not easy and usually needs to be knocked out for grooming. So glad we found cloud 9 best groomer we've been to!”

“My niece and nephew (that are dogs) love this place and make me take them there and are disappointed when it's closed. They love the snack bins obviously. Everyone that works there is helpful and friendly and clearly loves animals. I love the community bins at the front - it's so great to be able to pass on and "borrow" pet items when needed.”

“Let me start by saying this is a five star review unless you have a fish. Hello, welcome to my review of the Popped Pouch. You will think this should be a one star review if you only had a fish, but you will not think it is a one star EXPERIENCE. It's a four Star experience plus one star if you have a cat or dog. This brings it to the fifth star. The P*** Porch has everything you'd dream of if you have dogful/catful fishless inside living. It's small but packed with canine and feline marineless necessities. Cool treats and quirky fun toys for pets as long as they are cats or dogs. They have one employee and sometimes that employee changes but the previous one comes back the next day and the newer one leaves until the first one is done with Jury Duty or whatever. They don't sell any fish food, or it might be in the back or something, just ask the employee if it's the first guy, he might say "no" though. I'm sure he says it in a nice way with a little animal pun joke.”

Their nails are trimmed and blunted, teeth brushed, bathed and brushed and glands expressed. both of them look lie super stars. So I do not understand if someone says they do not offer that service, than why get upset with them a lie about them having bad customer service!”
