When there’s a line it just requires for a little patience but once your at the counter the customer service reps are very full of personality but they answer all your questions Whether you need a book of stamps, purchasing a card, shipping a package or inquiry. “I have been to several UPS stores from East Boston to Woburn and this one is the BEST! The customer service is great- I wish I got the guys name bc he could multitask AND stay friendly - all while working quickly! I don't live in the area but If I did- this would be my go-to location. They have plenty of parking and even have 3- 15 min parking spots right in front. Convenient if my hands are full!”
