I went in for a trade-in/upgrade for family member and Devonte went above and beyond to make the transaction as smooth as possible. He also made drop off of the trade-in quick and easy. Additionally, he took the time to minimize the change/cost in billing/plan. Will/would definitely return to this location for future needs.
