The place we normally go also could not, because it was Christmas Eve. He was able to be discharged and home for Christmas because Seth at Gary Drug made it happen.”

“This is literally the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The wonderful proprietors really care about their customers, how much they pay for prescriptions, how quickly they get their prescriptions and how easy they are to communicate with. There are so few Mom and pop shops left in Boston, it really is a hidden gem. When I first signed up, they asked me what I was allergic to, and I realized that no pharmacist had ever asked me that before. A very concerning thought, when you think about the fact that these people are managing our health to a certain extent. I like this pharmacy so much that I will go out of my way to process my prescriptions there. 10/10 recommend. Keep these people in business!”
“This is the best pharmacy ever. Not only do they always have what I need in stock but they will help you to figure out ways to save on prescriptions. They really go above and beyond and put the customer first. Every time I call with questions they answer them and aren’t rushing to get me off the phone like other places I’ve dealt with. I am so happy to have found them and will never go back to the big chain pharmacies. I have recently moved out of Quincy but will still travel to pick up my prescriptions here because no other place compares, my only complaint is I didn’t switch to them sooner!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Ann over the last few years! Although it’s not an easy experience losing your breasts Ann made it much better! My initial encounter was for breast forms. I had no clue lol! Ann walked me through the process with open arms! My second encounter was for custom prosthetics. Ann is so professional and thorough! Ann is kind, caring, patient, and in a Judgment free zone. I highly recommend this company and Ann!”

I have asked two male employees, and both of them just told me to head to a a specific aisle.But I still didn't find it, not one of those two employees bother to even ask me if I found it. , until one female employee passed by and asked me if am doing OK & if I need any help. She helped me all the way, escorted me and didn't stop until we found what am looking for. What an amazing worker with an A+ customer service. She was also demonstrating a good command of leadership. “Honestly the best and most accessible pharmacy I've ever found. They are kind. They go above and beyond because they care about their patients. I'll never forget today. Our driver masked cleaned their phone to protect my mom who is got heart failure and me who is also immune compromised. Not only are they accessible physically but for autistic people they are also accessible because they allow texting for communication! Literally life saving to be able to text your pharmacy as an Autistic person communicating in person and on the phone can literally make me ill and take my whole day because of anxiety So being able to communicate through text has been amazing. I really hope they never change because they are so much better than any other pharmacy. Pharmacies that I might add have become completely unaccessible because of COVID and non-masking employees as well as people who come in the store. So having a pharmacy that can deliver as well as text goes above and beyond for accessibility. Honestly I hope more pharmacies start following the methods of capsule because y'all are literally the best.”

“Will be coming back to this location even tho there's a store in revere because the staff super nice and helpful. Came in today in the rain, desperate to pick up my order since I thought my order was in revere, and had to reroute after going to revere by accident. Did not know pick up orders were at photo section either when I got to Chelsea location. Two teens up front extra nice and their I'm gonna guess supervisor or manager in blue jacket was extra helpful and sweet. Teen in glasses retrieved my bag from photos so I didn't have to go there after I made a purchase. Actually off of route 16 so it's also closer than revere location. Close location and very nice staff. Will be coming again!”
