“My husband and I are just returning from a trip to Cape Cod and stayed at this lovely place for 4 nights. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed! We are big travelers too! The hostess was amazing as well as her staff. They raised the bar for hospitality. They were excellent at communication and accommodation. The Inn is right across from the beach. It’s very walking accessible to many places including the beach, wharf, coffee shops, and the Island Queen (passenger ferry to Martha’s Vineyard) . It was a short 8 minute drive to the downtown of Falmouth with Main Street and all kinds of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was 5 star as well. We are gluten free and they had gf options for everything including waffles, pancakes, muffins and toast. We had everything we needed. We will only stay here each time we go to Cape COD from here on out.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Hidden Gem!

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible service and beautiful ambiance of this hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy, luxurious feel. We loved the little details, like the sea salt caramel chocolate in the room and the complimentary welcome drink.

The location is ideal — right in Falmouth, but tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The hotel’s little Blue food truck was convenient and the coffee was 10/10.

We were also really impressed with the hotel amenities, the paddle boards, the bikes, & the rooftop deck with breathtaking views. The fire pits and smores finished our day. It’s the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. We can’t wait to come back!”

“What a way to experience the Cape! AutoCamp Cape Cod is an awesome concept. I traveled to the Cape from California for the Falmouth Road Race. My stay at AutoCamp was a major highlight. It’s located right on a bike path that takes you straight to Woods Hole, and there are FREE bike rentals on the property. The view is beautiful and you get everything you want out of a camping experience while remaining pretty central with cozy accommodations (the Airstreams are SUPER NICE!). I’m excited to come back here, and try out other AutoCamp locations. Thank you AutoCamp team for your hospitality and recommendations!”

“My wife and I recently stayed at the Nobnocket and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such hospitality. The inn itself is beautiful with a tremendous amount of character with attention to detail everywhere you look. Our room was stylishly appointed, bed was extremely comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches about. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. My wife and I looked forward each day to a new and amazing dish coming from Anabelle's kitchen. Simon and Anabelle both were amazing hosts and we will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone staying on the island.”

“We just spent three wonderful nights here. The motel is perfectly located a short walk to both beaches and restaurants so you won’t have to worry about parking. We had the best sleeps thanks to the comfortable mattress in our cozy room. Our room was impeccably clean and nicely appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn’t use the pool since we were at the beach every day but the pool looked crystal clear and spotless. If we had more time we likely would have used it.
We can’t wait to come back next summer and already know this will be our new annual summer Falmouth stay.”

“The Red Horse Inn is the perfect spot for your escape to the cape. Perfect location for walking to the Vineyard ferry or the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The executive King suite was huge with a separate seating area, nice sizes refrigerator and a microwave. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back again soon.”

“One of the best hotels in MV. Location is huge as it is steps away from the Oak Bluffs ferry and is in the heart of OB. Always has fresh water, snacks, and beach great. We come with a large family and rent out two rooms. I honestly will be staying here for the rest of my life. Can be pricey but you get what you pay for”

“My husband and I stayed at the Summercamp Hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and clean. A few hours after check-out, I received a call from the hotel saying that the housekeeper had found a ring I had forgotten. Victoria was extremely efficient and sent it to my home via UPS. We highly recommend the hotel for its location, service, and the honesty of the staff. Thank you Victoria and the lady that found my ring.”

“Great to find a room on a Sunday, nice bed, good lounge for snacks , holding your luggage while you go to the beach with the chairs and towels they offer for free! Only downside was our room was adjacent to some very noisy thumping taco club next door! Boomed till after 1 am!”

“Nice little beach motel very conveniently located on Main St in downtown Falmouth. We walked many places and since parking can be a hassle, it was a big factor in booking here. It's close to the ferry/marina, Falmouth Commodores baseball park, many restaurants/bars, a liquor store, etc. The pool looks nice, we wanted to go swimming but got so busy with things to do, we ran out of time! Staff is friendly! We'd definitely stay again!”

“Fantastic location and staff. Room was very spacious and a bit on the rustic side which was great for our family. The onsite parking lot is pretty tight but there is another lot about a block away - this would be worth asking about before you arrive in case the small lot is full. The private beach is very nice and again the staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.”

“We had our Son and Daughter-in-law wedding at the Popponesett Inn under the tent in the middle of a tropical storm last weekend.Even though the weather was not the best it did not overshadow the amazing job Jennifer the wedding coordinator and her team did. They were the absolute best. Didn't miss a beat. The venue, the staff and the amazing meal is still being talked about days later. Jennifer put my daughter in law and son at ease since there needed to be a few minor adjustments to the schedule do to the weather. Everything was flawless. If you are looking for a wonderful venue and especially the most amazing team look no further than The Popponesett Inn @ New Seabury.Cathy Mc”

“Great place to spend the night for a fraction of the cost. Don't get me wrong, it could definetly be cleaner, but you pay for what you get, and we got a quiet place to sleep for the night—nothing more, nothing less. TV, Fridge, microwave, in wall AC.It's a mom and pop. The family that owns it were very kind and respectable.”

“We are so pleased with our choice to stay at The Mansion House! Perfect location, historic building, with spacious and immaculate rooms. They have a full size gym, sauna , steam room, hot tub and a pool! The rooftop cupola was lovely to sit at with a coffee in the morning enjoying the sun to start the day. The continental breakfast offered oatmeal, cold cereal, baked goods, yogurt, juice and coffee. We had minor issues with TV and charging station for our phones and they were dealt with promptly. We couldn’t help but notice the meticulous eye of the manager, Sam Tyree, who was constantly on his toes examining the details of the interior of the building. Emma, Trey and Cordella were helpful and friendly always greeting us with a smile and kind words. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to MV!”

“From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional! Manager Dammar Jackson resolved my booking issue (second party booking) with warmth and efficiency, Shawna Hudson worked magic to secure extra nights during a sold-out period, and Majorie Edwards offered kindness and encouragement every step of the way. The hotel’s amenities are excellent, and its central location—within walking distance to the ferry, grocery store, and more—makes it perfect for any traveler. An affordable hotel with a home feel made truly extraordinary by its incredible staff!””

“I'm wondering why there isn't any rooms availability, the end of September to the first of October. You're telling me all those units are filled. I stayed there a couple of years ago, and it's the place I felt comfortable. I couldn't go the last 2 years due to Cancer. I'm very disappointed that there isnt availability for the dates”

“Me and my wife usually stay at hotels with a Jacuzzi suite it's our thing so everywhere we go I leave a review for other couples who are looking for a weekend getaway. I'ma start off by saying room was super clean, comfortable king size bed, the jacuzzi could fit three people so it definitely roomy but the water wasn't really hot so that was a downside to it especially when it was freezing outside. The part of hotel we stood in was quiet but then walking into the other side to get breakfast in the morning was weird smelling like weed which I'ma smoker but wouldn't do it in a property which potentially has other family's in. The breakfast was free but once we entered loud music was being played which again not against the hotel just wish someone came in and told them to lower it so couldn't try the food which I usually add to the review. Over than that there's supreme pizza down the st I would definitely recommend that place and a plaza near the hotel if you wanna get snacks for the room so where it's located it's not a bad location. Overall I will give this place 4/5 for a Jacuzzi suite out of ten I will probably say 7/10. Friendly staff amazing room just small cons that honestly it's not against the hotel itself. Definitely recommend it”

“Perfect location for experiencing the Cape and MV and nearby beaches. 12 minutes from WH. 10 minute walk to Island Queen Ferry to OBMV. 15 minute walk to public beaches. And there's an irresistible Dairy Queen across the street. Complementary breakfast is great. The restaurant atmosphere stands out compared to other breakfast inn spaces, with ample booths and tables. Limited but typical standard American breakfast, with waffle iron for fresh perfect waffles every time. If you're a birder, there's an Osprey nest in the property site lamp post 100 feet above the building.”

“Such a charming hotel in an excellent location! We stayed for 3 days and loved having shops right across the street. There’s a great coffee spot and a bike rental shop nearby, plus it’s right next to Perseys Place, a restaurant open from 7–3. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it, and will definitely be coming back!”
