“I stopped in the other day to purchase paint for renovating our new house. I didn’t realize it when I pulled in, but they were closing in 15 minutes. I let them know that I could come back the next day, but Ethan went out of his way to explain things to me and even mixed some samples for me right before close. His service was above and beyond. He mixed a custom paint color for me and it was exactly what I was looking for.He even called me the next day to let me know the progress on my order. That’s definitely not a service you get when shopping at big stores. I will definitely be back!”
“It is hard to find a good local hardware store that hires local people in todays world. Well let me tell you that the Norton Ace Hardware store is just that. The people are friendly they want to help you if you need it. The store is like the old fashion hardware store of yesteryear. They have just about everything. If they don't have it in stock then they can usually get the same day or the next day( depending on shipping). The store is clean well stocked and they always have new displays in place. I personally love this store .I highly recommend this store.”
“Better than going to the big box stores because there's usually help there when I'm looking for it instead of them nowhere to be found OR bothering you every 5 minutes. Usually come here for small items because it's in town as well. The guys in there are all pretty pleasant.”

“Updated review: Rocky’s has been my go-to hardware store for years — they've got a surprisingly good selection, competitive prices, and helpful staff members.I recently had a frustrating experience returning some unopened Christmas lights (the online Rocky's policy didn't seem to match what was enforced in the store).Rocky's eventually reached out and fixed the issue for me, which I appreciated. It was a bit aggravating, but these things can happen anywhere and if I had such a problem at one of the big hardware stores, it probably wouldn't have been met with as much concern and attention. Rocky's will continue to be my go-to!”

“I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful.
